Very poor service - Same as everyone else and wish I’d done…

Same as everyone else and wish I’d done more research. No one replies, they got delivery address wrong, and basket has been returned to them after 3 failed attempts. Payment not yet taken, if it is I will be reporting them to close them down!

Atrocious company seems to be a scam

Update 4th Jan: recipient received hamper today and was delighted with contents hope this means others might now receive goods all be it too lateI will still not use them again. I like everyone else on this feed I arranged for a hamper to go to my family in Calgary.The order was placed on the 9th December with delivery to be the 21st. It has never been delivered I have tried to contact them numerous times but they haven't responded my sister in Canada has also tried to call them to no avail. I am hoping ad I paid by credit card that I will get my money back but I feel terrible that my family didn't receive there gift. I am really angry that customers can be treated this way and that this company is still trading

BAD BAD SCAM

I ordered two baskets and paid extra to be delivered on the 23rd. I sent emails and call them and left messages, they never called back now on the 29th they send me an email tell me they just shipped them. They did not ship they only made a shipping label. I cancel the orders on the 24th because they never shipped them. This company is a scam. 100% I see a class action law suite comming!

Poor Sevice!

I placed my order on Dec. 19th and understood that it's a busy time of year. I have been trying to check on the status of the delivery since Dec. 22nd. I have been trying both by phone and by email to get some sort of response, but to no avail! I don't know why a firm would direct customers to email them and ignore the emails? Definitely would deal with them again. Save your money and avoid aggravation.

Sadly the same story as everyone else…

Sadly the same story as everyone else here. I searched for a provider local to my sister in Washington and this came up. I should have checked further but it was the run up to Christmas and lots to do. I ordered a basket for delivery on December 23rd and of course it has not arrived yet. Today is the 29th. The web site gives a link to FedEx for tracking. This shows that the package has taken a circular tour of the continental USA, starting in Conecticut and passing through Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, Colorado, Utah and Oregon before arriving in Washington, where its barcode was found to be unreadable. That's where it appears to be sitting right now. Of course there has been no response from Customer Service. Even if it arrives soon it has missed both Christmas and my sister's wedding anniversary, which was yesterday. On the whole I would say that this is a company best avoided. Update. The package seems to have arrived - only 6 days late. It passed through 8 states according to Fedex and it appears to be all present and correct. So i have got off lightly compared to some. I still wouldn't recommend dealing with this company though.

This so called company should not…

This so called company should not receive any stars. They are despicable. Don’t order from them unless you have money to throw away. I’ve had the same problem as the many who are leaving reviews. I live in the UK and fell for the reviews on their site which are obviously fake along with the fake company. How are they still able to con people .

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. Absolutely disgusting customer service and follow-through. Ordered a gift basket in late November for Christmas for someone and it STILL hasn't arrived, it's December 28th!

Disappointed

Well to begin with I was the recipient of such gift. It was a gift from my mother who takes great pride in choosing gifts specific to for each person she was gravely disappointed that what she had ordered was not what I received. Although, the items in clued in the basket with quality items they were not special items any person can buy them anywhere. The more I research this website the more I realize that this is a scam and strongly urge anyone looking at this website not to order from here.

No response from them at…

No response from them at all.....canceled an order and followed up with my bank as well. Poor service like this is why the Amazons and big box stores are raking in more customer........very poor leadership here at this place.

Same as all the others

Same as all the others. I ordered a whiskey basket. It did not arrive when I expected it to and when it did the whiskey was missing. They sent some random things that I did not order. Paid extra for the alcohol. Lost my money, no one answers the customer service. Fraudulent company. They should be shut down.

Avoid this company at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs. They do not care about providing a good product or service. I placed an order over three weeks in advance. I paid for hand delivery service. They shipped it instead, two days before the due date. The shipment was delayed, and appeared to be lost. I waited on hold for over an hour twice to get a customer service person to help me. I was not rude, but they hung up on me both times. They refused to do anything to make the situation right, and said I should take the issue up with the courier instead. The order was eventually delivered over 10 days late, but it did not contain the extra items that I paid for. They also did not send the specific wine that I paid extra for. How do these people stay in business?

Same as everyone else on here. Paid for the basket, delivery date came and went. Thankfully I paid by e-transfer and because of I'm sure of all the complaints Interac put a hold on their deposit ID. My bank was able to reverse it and get my money back. Still no gift basket for my family though. :(

NEVER EVER ORDER from this company!

NEVER EVER ORDER from this company! I placed an order on 13 December 2020 for a delivery on 22nd Dec, for the Christmas gatherings among my in-laws on 24 and 25 December. It NEVER ARRIVED!! We contacted the customer number for numerous times both via telephones and emails, WITH NO ANSWER WHATSOEVER. I'll NEVER order ANYTHING from this extremely irresponsible, disrespectful, contract-breaking company again!

This company is fraudulent--it promises…

This company is fraudulent--it promises items and does not deliver them. I ordered Champagne for my grandmother's 100th birthday on November 16th, with a delivery date of December 22nd for her December 26th birthday. The bottle never arrived. I wrote the company to complain and they now claim to be sending it to me, though I asked for a refund. No one answers the phone and my sense is that the only thing customers get from this company is exploited~I have now filed a credit card dispute.

Non existent customer service

Ordered basket for my son and his partner. Basket never arrived even though CAN-PAR couriers said it had. Have tried to contact Hazeltons and CAN-PAR neither has answered our calls. Still awaiting a communication re refund or replacement.

I wrote on this site about 9 months ago warning they should not be allowed to be in business. There is no one worse than them. But people keep buying with the idea that the name Hazelton must mean quality. Again, warning, never ever use this company, better off throwing your money out a fast moving car. At least maybe someone will find it!
