Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs. They do not care about providing a good product or service. I placed an order over three weeks in advance. I paid for hand delivery service. They shipped it instead, two days before the due date. The shipment was delayed, and appeared to be lost. I waited on hold for over an hour twice to get a customer service person to help me. I was not rude, but they hung up on me both times. They refused to do anything to make the situation right, and said I should take the issue up with the courier instead. The order was eventually delivered over 10 days late, but it did not contain the extra items that I paid for. They also did not send the specific wine that I paid extra for. How do these people stay in business?
