Absolutely Disgusting Experience with Foot Locker – Avoid! Ordered two pairs of trainers from Foot Locker as an early birthday present to myself. Only one arrived. It’s been nearly two weeks and I’m still waiting on the second pair. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, only to be passed around with no real help. Now I’m being told I have to wait another 5–10 working days for an investigation to determine if I even qualify for a refund — because they claim the package is lost. To make matters worse, the trainers I ordered were on sale, and I’ve been told they won’t replace them unless I pay full price now. No accountability. No solution. Just rude, unhelpful service. I’ve never had an issue with Foot Locker before, but after this, I’m done. I won’t be shopping with them again. The way they treat paying customers is unacceptable. Do better.
