Absolutely disgusting
Absolutely disgusting. Ordered two pairs of trainers for an early birthday present to myself. Only received one. Been waiting for nearly two weeks for the second pair. Contacted customer service multiple times. Kept going back and forth with them to be told I have to wait another 5-10 working days for the outcome of my investigation which will determine whether I’m even eligible for a REFUND! as they’re claiming the package to be lost. I bought that pair on sale and have been told they cannot replace my item and will have to pay a full price. The people are RUDE! And it’s disgusting how a customer gets treated when they’re just trying to find out what’s going on with the products they have paid for! I’m beyond disgusted and ashamed of this company as I’ve never had an issue with them prior. I will not be reordering from them and I hope they either improve or shut down. Absolutely vile!
