They sell a product to help you avoid being scammed, and then scam you themselves by signing you up for a long subscription and making it very difficult to cancel it. Very disappointed.
Made an unauthorised charge from my bank account for their optional premium subscription which I definitely declined, I immediately tried to cancel the complete purchase, they just kept telling me I had to cancel the subscription that I did not order on their website, the cancellation link just kept sending me back to the same page trying to convince me the benefits of their premium subscription service, the following day they still sent my order even though I requested it cancelled, I called my bank and cancelled my card to stop them from taking $180 AU from my account. They are SCAMMERS!
Purchased the device using my credit card, device arrives, keen to scan and it tells me my 2018 Subaru Outback 2.5 petrol that is naturally aspirated has a turbo charger fault??? I went to support and asked why it is saying there is a fault with my turbocharger on a NON turbo car. AI support says I need to ask a mechanic in the "premium" section. I asked for a refund and was again referred by the AI to the premium section -again another AI bot that didn't understand my question and request for refund. This was Friday, after much frustration from the very limited customer service (due to it all being AI with the same responses) I emailed asking for a refund, explaining my issue. Saturday evening at 935 FIXD debited $170.42 from my bank account without authorisation. This company keeps your credit card details and will debit money from your account without authorisation. Now many automated email responses that have not addressed my issues. Buy anything else but this product, customer service is poor (all AI with limited responses), unauthorised charges and keeping credit card details. Would NOT recommend
this product is a scam, if you end up paying for the premium subscription , it is a night mare to cancel the 99.99 charge and when you do they only give you back 50 .00.
This is a complete con. I did not sign up to any subscription. And they tried to take €107.99 out of my account without my permission. Luckily my card has no been cancelled. Don't trust this company.
You can get a scanner OBD to do the same thing for a fraction of the cost plus please read all the fine print and I mean fine print to see that this is a subscription that will run you a $105 a year. I canceled my subscription and they will not give a refund trashy company. Not recommended.
Charged my bank card 169.89 without my approval, I've been in contact with my bank and they are going to dispute the transaction and lodge a police report. This company is very untrustworthy they should ashamed with themselves
They tried to charge me $99.99 for a subscription I didn't request, without my authorization. Because of this fraudulent action, they canceled two credit cards associated with my PayPal account, causing all the inconvenience this causes. I've also been writing to their support email, and they don't take responsibility for their misconduct; instead, they defend the benefits of their premium subscription. I've written them several emails this morning, and the response is evasive. They send me a link to cancel the subscription, which I never requested, directly on their website. When I try to do so, it's a nightmare to complete the process. Every time I submit the cancellation, it takes me to a new page that tries to convince me again. After several identical pages, it gives you the option to cancel. When you submit the cancellation, it takes you to a new verification page explaining the reason... blah, blah, blah. This isn't a serious company. I've already gone through four pages with the same story without completing the cancellation process. One piece of advice I can give you from this lesson learned: if you don't want to go through this nightmare, it's better not to take the step of purchasing it, because no matter how good the sensor may be, it doesn't make up for the bad business practice of making unauthorized charges and putting so many obstacles in the way of canceling something you never requested.
Do not purchase, like many other customers $114.96 USD was take from my account for subscription that wasn’t agreed upon or authorised, I purchased 1 & are to afraid to use FIXD devise or app as they could fraudulently take more of my funds, now the unit is in the bin & app permanently removed…..only good thing was I paid through PayPal & they recouped my money, thanks PayPal, no thanks FIXD

I never applied for this, I only ordered the sensor. SCAM
