They charge you a subscription fee automatically without you ever signing up for it and make some long winded bs way of going through their site cramming their product subscription down your throat to get your refund back, we will see if I even get the refund back…
Great product. I had a question and needed assistance. My email was answered promptly and the request was handled by the time they emailed. Great customer service!!
I didn't know about any subscription on this but today after having the device for 3 days I get a bill for 99.99 for a subscription.
They sell a product to help you avoid being scammed, and then scam you themselves by signing you up for a long subscription and making it very difficult to cancel it. Very disappointed.

Seems to have slight problems connecting sometimes. it works with wifi better but you shouldn't need wifi if you have a good phone with excellent reception I'm using a Samsung A20 and full bars on my phone

I have an older Ford pick up, I knew what was the problem w/ it, yet wanted to "check" my new fixd on it. Worked perfectly ! Also tried it afterward on my 2016 Soul, which had no problems; again, worked great, showing all clear ! THANK You, FIXD !
