I didn't know about any subscription on this but today after having the device for 3 days I get a bill for 99.99 for a subscription.

I was sold a plan that didn't have…

I was sold a plan that didn't have unlimited data and I called the next day and told them I would pay the difference and upgrade to an unlimited account and they wouldn't let me They called back and did the update for me. They were very nice on the phone and did everything to make sure everything was okay.
