Unauthorized subscription charges
They tried to charge me $99.99 for a subscription I didn't request, without my authorization. Because of this fraudulent action, they canceled two credit cards associated with my PayPal account, causing all the inconvenience this causes. I've also been writing to their support email, and they don't take responsibility for their misconduct; instead, they defend the benefits of their premium subscription. I've written them several emails this morning, and the response is evasive. They send me a link to cancel the subscription, which I never requested, directly on their website. When I try to do so, it's a nightmare to complete the process. Every time I submit the cancellation, it takes me to a new page that tries to convince me again. After several identical pages, it gives you the option to cancel. When you submit the cancellation, it takes you to a new verification page explaining the reason... blah, blah, blah. This isn't a serious company. I've already gone through four pages with the same story without completing the cancellation process. One piece of advice I can give you from this lesson learned: if you don't want to go through this nightmare, it's better not to take the step of purchasing it, because no matter how good the sensor may be, it doesn't make up for the bad business practice of making unauthorized charges and putting so many obstacles in the way of canceling something you never requested.
