They charge you a subscription fee automatically without you ever signing up for it and make some long winded bs way of going through their site cramming their product subscription down your throat to get your refund back, we will see if I even get the refund back…

They sell a product to help you avoid being scammed, and then scam you themselves by signing you up for a long subscription and making it very difficult to cancel it. Very disappointed.

BEST BUY EVER

BEST BUY EVER! It indicates the precise and exact problems with my vehicle so I know what sensors and parts need replaced and therefore saved me hundreds. It is extremely easy to use and understand!

I know for a fact i didnt apply for the…

I know for a fact i didnt apply for the premium service with purchase because the features simply arent available in Australia. Fixd automatically deducted amount and the dispute link is automated and the two buttons for cancelling auto sub and refund do not have working metadata attached! Scummy scam company , have raised a dispute with my bank

Bait and Switch!! Nowhere did I ever see where it was noted that I would have to pay $99.00 per year for this little device. I can go to any auto shop and get it done for free!!!

Tell people up front that this little device is going to cost them $99.00 every year of their life!!

A useless gadget

A useless gadget. Besides them trying to sell you premium with their AI, this scanner and app does nothing. It missed three critical errors that two other devices did pick up. Even whilst the car was actively displaying the error, Fixd said "everything is fine!" That is after you get it to recognise your brand car. Apparently my VW is "generic generic". Save your money.

Great idea but false codes and poor customer service.

I used the app for two weeks and had no codes. A few days ago, I ran a scan, and it came up with 8 error codes. The check engine light was not on. I tried two other sources with a code reader, one which was an auto parts store. Neither one of those read any kind of code. On two occasions I tried contacting customer service. I was told they would contact me soon. I received two responses. They both had the info I put in describing the problem and the only thing from them was something that said ##- Please type your reply above this line -## I don't recommend this product to anyone. I won't use it anymore.

Good app, predatory subscription

The base app is good, and with the subscription, it’s even better. I no longer needed the extras with the plus account (or whatever they call it), so when I got the email it was about to renew, I tried to cancel. It takes almost 10 different screens, with different button locations/colours/shapes/text to actually get out. I was happy with the product, but any company willing to employ dark patterns to keep someone will never get a dime from me again. This would have been a 1 star rating, but they did email me to tell me it was going to renew. Great product, garbage retention policy, so garbage company

Seemed like a great idea

Seemed like a great idea - until the subscription (that I didn't authorise) hit my account. $180 AUD - think we can find anyone to help cancel the subscription?! Nope... need to find your original order info, etc before anyone will talk to you. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
