If you can, avoid this company. Unfortunately I am mid-treatment and have no way out. Here's a short rundown of my issues: 1.) Appointment times constantly being changed. In the last 24 hours my appointment time for today has changed three times, with the receptionists informing me to ignore call-centre emails, and the call-centre saying ignore the receptionists. Why is this a particular problem for me? Because I don't live in London and I have to catch trains and stay at hotels. As they can cancel or rearrange at any point, if you have booked train tickets and hotels you can lose your money on these through no fault of your own. Which leads me on to point 2. 2.) The reason why I am attending the latest appointment is because the temporary dentures were such poor quality they broke within a week whilst cleaning them. The plastic nature of the material is so weak they split. Not only is this worrying, a concern for the quality of the eventual implants, but is an extra cost to me to be at the site. 3.) Lastly, the call centre staff are really not interested in your concerns. Ultimately their stance is we have the legal right to this and that, they are not accommodating in any shape. I consider their responses to very arrogant. With these extra costs I haven't saved any money overall, and I would recommend that unless you are from the London area, go elsewhere.

NOT very happy with their customer service. Had my first appointment with them on the Friday and my wife was rushed to St.Thomas's Hospital on Thursday and I phoned them on the Friday to let them know what happen and to cancel the appointment and ask for my consultation fee to be refunded, and all I got was a load of excuses why they couldn't give me my money back. However they did offer me a FREE appointment at a later date,(which I already had paid for) so it wasn't going to be free. I have now gone somewhere else. If that's the way you get treated I would NOT be recommending them to any of my friends.

Consultation fine. After you’ve paid i found customer service dreadful except for one person. Treated like you’re a child put in a tiny waiting room filled with people. They really don’t like you communicating with other patients.Why? Several times changed appointment time resulting in missing train and struggle to get home, at my expensive cost. Also told me to book hotel which I did and didn’t need to at my expense and when told next time to book hotel was dubious but was needed. You are treated like a product on production line where they do what they want not what you want. Often take too much bone away resulting in a different shape face and jutting jaw with a lower overbite. Customer service are bullies and argumentative if you question their treatment plan and if you refer to original signed contract, as they push you for extras which you may not want. They are too rushed to do a quality job. They have no time to treat you individually if you have no problems then great but when a problem arises they look for the quickest solution not the best long term solution resulting in second rate treatment but just passible however this effect has consequences at final stage when having fixed bridges which are thicker because implants put in non optimal and strange positions. High turn over of staff and it shows. They also keep changing their contact details so very hard to get in touch. Once they’ve got your money you can forget about niceties or individuality you are a time associated item The reason I gave 3 stars is because I finally had an excellent guy who did his utmost best to rectify a dreadful lower jaw placement of implants resulting in passible fixed bridges which although still juts out is the best they could do to fix the problem previous implantologist and scan personnel massed up.

Just come back for my 6 month check up. Every thing is great no complaints, brilliant service as expected.

Disgusting and disgraceful staff when calling for advice, rude incompetent. Not helpful at all. Hung up my call twice just because I was asking for clarity around my DD and when I called back deliberately not answer.
