I have now had 3 pma bridges that have all broken in the same place , an independent implantologist who fitted my original temporary bridge, had to make alterations to make it fit as the bite structure is not correct , after 40 minutes of trying to even out the bite , he conceded he had done all he could and he advised me to chew on the left to try and prolong the life of the bridge . Broke after 3 weeks , I have sent an official complaint email to dentaprime , over 2 weeks have passed , I have phoned up twice only to be told I will chase it up . You can't speak to anyone. Only the idiot that answers the phone and he knows nothing . I have now complained to the GDC , and armed with the report from the local lmplant specialist, I am going to proceed with legal proceedings . They can't wait to get your £7000 , then no-one cares . Try every excuse going , operatives that lie , confirmed by tape of conversation.Their customer service liason employee , promised to phone back on 5 occasions and hasn't bothered , not even a 20 second text message or e mail. . Terrible company , just want to grab your money. Then ignore and deny everything .All this story can be confirmed .DO NOT USE DENTAPRIME. My bad experience continues , an offer of a new top bridge to be fitted by there top man , making any adjustments that are needed , so the bite fits harmonusly with my bottom teeth , there words not mine , I requested a new bottom bridge as I continually bite my bottom lip . After fitting my new top bridge they will get the dentist to look at why I keep biting my bottom lip , so if that outcome is to alter bottom teeth positioning , it will not fit harmonusly with top bridge . They refuse to replace bottom bridge as nothing wrong with it , except i keep biting my lip . No one seems to care , they take your money then it is tough luck goodbye , that is my experience .

6 months contract , still travelling after almost 3 years, price was quoted at under 8 grand have now paid close to eleven and now told implant has failed so they want another 6grand to rectify what I class as there mistake, I’ve had to get a solicitor involved, please please if your thinking of getting implants please read their reviews, they do write their own reviews anyway on two occasions that iv been, received a message from trust pilot saying 240 something people rad a review that I never wrote, I would go abroad if you want cheap dental work, said I couldn’t have one treatment and since implants have failed I can now have that treatment for 13 thousand more, absolutely worst mistake iv made, hopefully this dentist will be investigated by some sort of authority, iv lodged a complaint with the British dental association and contacted my solicitor as this has went on long enough I’ll also post my sister’s YouTube channel on here for people to see as iv documented my progress with this company it’ll include time frames and prices that iv paid compared to how long and how much iv actually payed, my advice go elsewhere if you want to see a real dentist

Please be aware of the £99 charge for reservation fee upon booking the appointment, there is only 24 hour cooling off period to get a refund in case you cancel your appointment. You can rebook the appointment but will never get the refund after 24 hours if you cancel it. So unless you're sure about going with them, don't make a reservation yet. I needed to cancel my appointment for personal reason and whilst they are flexible to change the date, their cancellation policy is too much in my opinion. I don't want anyone to make the same mistake as I did

The staffs are really nice there. But if you want your mouth looks like a human, not a monkey, then go to other dental clinics. I have to go to Budapest to fix my monkey mouth

From start to finish, Dentaprime came through for me, 100%, they're not only the most affordable, they are also amazing. I have always had an irrational fear of the dentist and need to take Diazepam before any dental procedure, and I'm still a nervous wreck and just about manage to go through with it. Everyone at Dentaprime is incredibly reassuring. Right from the first assessment to the very end, I felt I was in good hands. Don't get me wrong, the first procedures were horrific, sinus lift and bone grafts, I looked like I'd just done 5 rounds with Mike Tyson. And lost. But since they are very open and honest about everything I knew what to expect, I even expected worse than I got, so that only strengthened my trust in them. The whole process took 15 months and now I have had my finals for six months, have just been for my first check up and got a big thumbs up. Dentaprime have truly transformed my life. I can smile again without being self conscious about my teeth, and I can eat again without pain. Thank you to all the dentists, nurses and support staff, you are all amazing!
