Great service from everyone especially james in the waiting area really makes you feel at ease

Appalled by their hard sell and lack of professionalism. Have just wasted 20 mins of my life trying to explain that I was not prepared to spent £800 in travel costs for an assessment which costs £99 when I can get it free locally. The agent was so rude I had to hang up and block their number. Avoid, huge red flag. Further update: the agent immediately sent me an invoice for £299 cancellation fee which was never mentioned at any point until I cancelled. I won't be paying because they have no legal right to levy this fee and have been told this. Is this the type of company that anyone would trust to provide health care?

What can I say. I was going to go to Turkey to get my teeth done as the price was good but then I found Dentaprime. I did lots of research and decided that getting them done in the UK was the better option. so from the first visit at Dentaprime I was blown away. When you arrive you are greeted by the lovely friendly girls on the front desk. Karimah Dee and Azvini these girls are amazing, I was super nervous and straight away they made me feel so calm and relaxed. Your then taken up to the appointment room and they do your x-rays, you then have to go away for an hour so they can create a plan for you, there is a great little place around the corner for a coffee and something to eat. When you go back they explain everything in detail and let you know what the plan is and the price. They are very clear with every stage of the process. I had to wait a while as I went for twilight sedation. I turned up on the day and I was super nervous but there was absolutely nothing to worry about. The girls welcomed me on the front desk and calmed me down once again. I went upstairs and was taken through by the sedationist. He was super kind and explained everything in detail. Then my dentist came in and explained what he was going to do, all the while the sedationist was prepping me. The next thing I knew I was waking up and it was all done. There was no pain, I had to go for another X-ray but then I was free to go. yes you leave with no teeth but that is really not a problem. I was given a bag with meds and other bits in it. I was really tired so slept most of the evening, I went back the next day and they fitted my temporary teeth. There was no pain through the whole process. Yes you feel uncomfortable but that is expected. it does not hurt just aches. I don't have to go back for 5 months but so far this whole experience has been amazing. I would strongly recommend Dentaprime to anyone. 5*

Attended the checkup, signed an agreement about the treatment. And the problems started..That agreement was broken by Dentaprime, which decided to change the treatment without discussing it with me first. Attended a meeting with an admin employee to check how things were going after having received part of the treatment. Raised the issue with her, as her colleagues asked me to do.. To get treated like a child, and in a authoritive manner being told the first stage of my treatment had been done. She didn't even bother in checking the agreement, and a week later I am still waiting for them to contact me as she reassured me that they would. Not keen on being on the waiting room and getting a lot of attention from the staff to be asked to fill a positive review online either. Guys professionalism is the way to get those positive reviews. Do no need the silliness, just genuine care.

I found the team very friendly and polite. Made Me feel very welcome. But the prices were ridiculous. Says online from £6900 for full mouth all on 6 implants. I went for my consultation and they have quoted me £16,500 and that’s only only the top jaw plus a bridge on the bottom (4 teeth) Looks like I’m going abroad. Was really disappointed and upset at this quote. And now understand why people go abroad
