Poor customer service

If you can, avoid this company. Unfortunately I am mid-treatment and have no way out. Here's a short rundown of my issues: 1.) Appointment times constantly being changed. In the last 24 hours my appointment time for today has changed three times, with the receptionists informing me to ignore call-centre emails, and the call-centre saying ignore the receptionists. Why is this a particular problem for me? Because I don't live in London and I have to catch trains and stay at hotels. As they can cancel or rearrange at any point, if you have booked train tickets and hotels you can lose your money on these through no fault of your own. Which leads me on to point 2. 2.) The reason why I am attending the latest appointment is because the temporary dentures were such poor quality they broke within a week whilst cleaning them. The plastic nature of the material is so weak they split. Not only is this worrying, a concern for the quality of the eventual implants, but is an extra cost to me to be at the site. 3.) Lastly, the call centre staff are really not interested in your concerns. Ultimately their stance is we have the legal right to this and that, they are not accommodating in any shape. I consider their responses to very arrogant. With these extra costs I haven't saved any money overall, and I would recommend that unless you are from the London area, go elsewhere.
