Absolutely not to be trusted. When I first paid the deposit, I was clearly told that if I changed my mind or didn’t want to go through with the treatment, I would get my money back with no problem. That was what I was told from the beginning and I believed it. There was no mention of any conditions or limits, so I trusted what they said and thought it was safe. But when I later decided that I didn’t want to continue with it because I changed my mind, they suddenly turned around and said the deposit was lost. I was completely caught off guard. I didn’t expect to be treated like that, and it honestly felt like they just made up the rules as they went along. I feel let down and tricked. I trusted them to be honest and fair, but they weren’t. It’s really upsetting because I know I’m not the only one who will be told the same thing and might end up in the same situation. I wouldn’t recommend Dentaprime to anyone.

AVOID IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR HEALTH AND MONEY, MAYBE LIFE!!! I have found this dental practice Dentaprime just recently and I was happy to see a bit lower prices but of course it was too good to be true. I had an implant consultation with them on the 11th of July. I have requested a consultation and a quote only for two teeth and plus one tooth can be saved, so I have asked for two options when I got there. I knew I needed one or two implants because I already had a dental implant consultation at another high reputable clinic. A receptionist got back to me via email quoting me with £2,000 for two implants crowns including. Well, that’s great I thought! Well, I'm entering the Dentaprime Clinic, no one greets me. I came closer to the receptionist, but she was busy chewing her gum with an open month and checking her mobile phone. She finally checked me in and asked for my ID. She took a picture of my ID with her personal phone! This isn't allowed and she had to scan it with a scanner as well. I have started having cold feet already. After, another secretary took me upstairs and asked to sit in a very small room full of people (full of future victims). There was one guy sitting in the corner behind a very small table and he kept coming to patients, and tripping over their feet with a laptop asking to fill in their details. He asked me if I'm a millionaire and that only millionaires come to this place. I took it as a joke, but he kept talking some nonsense to me. Finally, I was taken to the dentist room where they took loads of pictures pulling my mouth like a chewing gum, measured my blood pressure, which was very low, but they said it's fine!!! Someone grabbed my left hand and pinched my middle finger with a needle. The lady said it's to measure your sugar (strange thought crossed my head - they will find out my blood type and will take my organs here later during surgery). Of course, they scanned my head for pictures and asked to wait for the surgeon appointment. The surgeon never came to meet me, only a quotes coordinator – secretary, a lady, who has no medical education. She took me to another very small room, where she started explaining what needs to be done to my all teeth and showing pictures. She has told me I have infections everywhere and that some other teeth need to be extracted, some teeth shaved, bridges made, implants placed (even sinus lift!) all totalling nearly £9,000 instead of £2,000. She even didn’t listen to me that I don’t want them to be done, only the two teeth I have asked for. Well, I left with a very bad impression about this clinic. She has sent me a quote later, divided into 3 parts, every part included unnecessary £99 teeth cleaning, saying it’s needed before every surgery. I have asked to resend a quote only for the two implants, she did finally when I asked on numerous occasions. I have emailed the quote lady asking why she is consulting people as she has no medical education. She said that all quote coordinators are ‘undergoing very intensive training’. I could not stop laughing and at the same time feeling betrayed and furious. Last Saturday, on the 26 of July 2025 I went to another clinic, where my mum had her implants done, a very high reputation clinic. They have confirmed what the first clinic confirmed (not Dentaprime) that I need only one implant, can save another tooth and that I don’t need any sinus lift neither I have any other infections in my teeth. I’m writing to all people, who consider Dentaprime for cheaper prices but don’t get fooled! The dental surgery I’m with now are rectifying Dentaprime mistakes and saving their ex-patients health and teeth. I forgot to mention that Dentaprime has 28 surgeons (the quote lady has mentioned it when I asked), while from statistics it’s impossible to have so many well qualified dental implant surgeons in one place. I have checked their company at Customs House. It was scary to know how many times this company was liquidated and directors changed. The question is – for what reason? It was the scariest experience with the dentist in my entire life. I have requested Dentaprime to send me a refund of £99 for unprofessional consultation. They said that I have paid for their service and it's not refundable. Funny scary people...

Absolutely not to be trusted!!! Was told when I put my deposit down that at any time I did not go through with the plan the deposit is fully refundable, I not gone through with the plan as they could not provide me with the treatment I wanted and ask to refund me and they said it’s only a 3 day cooling off period when it took them 3 weeks to come up with the plan that I did not want! I was going to come back next year and see if I was then able to get the treatment I wanted but I will be going else where and never returning to dentaprime

Was told the job would be done within a certain timeframe. They left it to last minute to tell me I needed a sinus lift which is another £3000 and won't proceed with the top set until this is done elsewhere. They would have known this at the first examinations and xrays. So not transparent. Had 2 sets of bottom teeth "corrected" in which they are still to short and uneven on the sides and are not functioning and causing ulcers as the right side is lower then the left and all teeth are to small and cause me issues when I'm eating. They said to correct this they want another £1500 the teeth are so short and not functional so this is ridiculous. When i talk the very tops of the teeth can be seen and it's obvious compared to natural sized teeth these are to short. Taking advantage of someone's good nature and not keeping to the original agreement. They think it's acceptable to have put teeth in that catch on the mouth and causes ulcers which are painful and I keep catching my lip and for me to struggle to eat. Then charge another £1500 to correct their mistake.How is this acceptable?

I’ve had a truly distressing experience with Dentaprime UK following appointments on 10th and 11th July 2025. I feel completely misled and dismissed, and the situation is only getting worse. I was told I needed two extractions but made it clear I wanted to have them done by my NHS dentist due to cost. I was assured the extractions would be “included” at no extra charge during my procedure. I asked for confirmation before signing anything, and the consultant reassured me again. Based on that, I reluctantly agreed to proceed. I now feel coerced into a treatment I wouldn’t have chosen if I’d been given truthful information — and I’ve since been charged a significant amount. The extraction has also affected the outcome of my treatment — the bridge was extended to the extracted tooth, which I had specifically said I didn’t want replaced. I was hoping for a minimal, implant-only solution — not a return to dentures, which I’ve always hated. When I received the temporary dentures, I was shocked at how yellow they looked. I was not consulted about the shade, and when I raised the issue, staff claimed I had “approved” it — which wasn’t true. They later admitted I should have been consulted. I showed them my NHS dentures, which are whiter, and I asked if the clinic could provide a whiter shade. I was told they could, and was reassured I could book a follow-up appointment later to swap them for free (since they don’t post replacements). I have now called the clinic to arrange this promised appointment, and to my dismay, I’ve been told I’d have to pay to change the dentures. To make things worse, I’m now being told I already have the brightest shade available, even though on the day I was clearly told whiter options existed. I feel like I’m being contradicted, misled, and pushed into paying more to fix mistakes that were never mine to begin with. I’ve already left the clinic in tears once. I’ve now reverted to wearing my old NHS dentures because they are more comfortable and look more natural than the costly ones I received here. This clinic has undermined my trust, wasted my money, and left me more anxious and disappointed than before I started treatment. I’ve submitted a formal complaint and strongly urge others to think carefully before going ahead with treatment here.

Utter liers, Quadrupled the initial quoted price from £4,200 to £17,725. They wasted £250 of my money and 12 hours of my life. Do not believe what they tell you over the phone, the guys on the phone don't have a clue, according to the technician when you get there. Your better off going abroad, get a holiday and still have change out of that amount. You have been warned, liers and a joke.

Highly unprofessional customer service. Have been charged several time £299 without my consent, keep calling asking for my momey back! They not 70% cheaper £15000 in first class clinic in Turkey get an estimate of £9400 same procedure.

Initially dentaprime was OK looked good seemed professional clean had a £99 consultation...they then don't what you to leave the clinic before they give you a plan / quote for treatment Then you get a 28 page contract which you pressurisd to sign even though you can't read the small print and pay a £299.00 deposit for the treatment with no cooling off period When you don't proceed with the treatment they have a no refund policy Do not get caught up in the dentacrime trap go else where

I had the most amazing experience from start to finish. As a very nervous patient I can safely say my dental phobia is well and truly conquered. Dr Lucjani Zallemi was utterly fantastic and the most gentle dentist I’ve ever experienced. He constantly asked if I needed any extra pain relief and explained every process as he worked through them. The best dentist ever in my opinion, an utter perfectionist and master of his craft. The anaesthesiologist Dr Akter and Dental Surgeon Anna were splendid. The conscious sedation is the best experience you could ever have. I never felt a thing. I thoroughly recommend this company. I’m so happy with my new teeth they feel amazing. Can’t stop smiling in the mirror! Thank you everyone. J Wells.

Do not spend your money 9000 spent too bridge broke after 9 weeks Dentaprime now expect another 1300 to replace Do not touch with anything Even the temp bridges broke 6 times Go somewhere that cares Enclosed is the series of breaks across my experience and let me tell you I have had to go to the dental complaints authority and the CQC as Dentaprime just want your money Please also note the advertising is false you cannot get teeth in a day and if you want titanium expect to add another 5k to the above price Please also be aware I did not need a sinus lift ( more money) or bone restructure also ( more money ) so at a total cost of 14000 spend your money elsewhere or get decent dentures they would last longer Arrived at Dentaprime today 18 July replaced bridge was pleasantly surprised happy to go to 2 stars will keep all updated hope this one last more than 9 weeks 🤞
