If straight forward fine if not avoid

Consultation fine. After you’ve paid i found customer service dreadful except for one person. Treated like you’re a child put in a tiny waiting room filled with people. They really don’t like you communicating with other patients.Why? Several times changed appointment time resulting in missing train and struggle to get home, at my expensive cost. Also told me to book hotel which I did and didn’t need to at my expense and when told next time to book hotel was dubious but was needed. You are treated like a product on production line where they do what they want not what you want. Often take too much bone away resulting in a different shape face and jutting jaw with a lower overbite. Customer service are bullies and argumentative if you question their treatment plan and if you refer to original signed contract, as they push you for extras which you may not want. They are too rushed to do a quality job. They have no time to treat you individually if you have no problems then great but when a problem arises they look for the quickest solution not the best long term solution resulting in second rate treatment but just passible however this effect has consequences at final stage when having fixed bridges which are thicker because implants put in non optimal and strange positions. High turn over of staff and it shows. They also keep changing their contact details so very hard to get in touch. Once they’ve got your money you can forget about niceties or individuality you are a time associated item The reason I gave 3 stars is because I finally had an excellent guy who did his utmost best to rectify a dreadful lower jaw placement of implants resulting in passible fixed bridges which although still juts out is the best they could do to fix the problem previous implantologist and scan personnel massed up.
