Extra charges not listed while making the purchase and then when I called customer service to inquire about the charges, they hung up on me to delay the cancellation until it couldn't be made. It was $2 but they hope you won't do anything about it. Super sketchy. Don't use delivery.com
Spent almost $100 for 3 meals delivered from Red Rooster, of course they got the order wrong, again, i don't know what to suggest to improve as it keeps on happening. Just to add to it, they put too much water in the mash potatoes, more like a soup than a mash. My solution to fix the problem is to not order from there again.
Ordered food, went to pick up and restaurant said they are not affiliated with delivery.com and that the service knows it but keeps taking customer orders anyway. Called for a refund and was given one but the person was very rude. Refund is going to take 5 days. I will tell everyone I know to avoid this garbage “provider”.

I never heard of Delivery.com. Yet, they ended up somehow involved in my pickup order to Fazoli's. The email sent to me by Delivery.com showed a "Total Due" of $34.69, showing charges for $12.49 (food item); $11.86 (food item); Required Tip $ 0; Service Charge $0; Tax $1.55; Tip $2.43 (I left). The total due for the line items = $28.33, NOT $34.69. Fazoli's could not "see" any of this. A call to Delivery.com produced a difficult-to-understand "agent" who told me that there was also a service charge of $1.49 and a "required tip" of $4.87. Note that the email credit card charge itemization says $0 for that line item and there is no mention of a "service charge" line item. The agent said there was no way to refund the items charged but not shown and had NO IDEA where the $4.87 went. A very frustrating call. Is it legal to charge for items not shown in the itemization? I eventually got him to refund the duplicate tip amount of $2.43 but, if that can be refunded to the credit card, why can't the "required tip" amount? Be very aware of using Delivery.com. I have no idea how I ended up with them involved. Not worth the 1 star I had to provide.
Your delivery agent (Phone no: 6296023241, Dist point: Kurseong, 734203 / delivery to Tindharia 734223) is rude and needs a crash course in communication. Your agents are a joke. Companies like Amazon and Flipkart are losing customers because of delivery agents who deliver their packages. And yes, your 1.6 out of 5 rating is truly justified. EMBARASSINGLY JUSTIFIED. Here is my 1 star to add to your collection. I HAD CANCELLED MY DELIVERY BECAUSE OF THE DELIVERY AGENT BUT THE AMAZON AGENT WAS REALLY REALLY HELPFUL. THATS THE ONLY REASON I DID NOT CANCEL THE PACKAGE. DELIVERY SERVICES OPERATE BECAUSE OF CUSTOMER AND NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND.
One of the worst delivery food service platforms I’ve ever used. If there is a problem with your food they will not refund until they speak with the merchant if the merchant lies about your food or order they honor their response and not the customers. Will never use them again I’ll continue to use grub hub

I placed an order for pickup with delivery.com because the restaurant i wanted to order from was not available on Grubhub. I was charged $27.77. I went to the restaurant to pick up my food but they said they never received an online order from delivery.com. They received all the orders from doordash and grubhub. This company is a fraud and is NOT affliliated with restaurants that it takes orders for. I contacted customer service and they said they'd cancel my order and refund my money, but they never did. They basically stole money from me. This company should not be popping up on search engines and the site needs to be taken down immediately.
They treat their employees terribly. Steal from their paychecks and lie to the people who do all the hard work for the people at the top. Do not support this business.
I received food that was spoiled, bad and literally made me ill. The rest of of my food was missing an item and was ice cold, as it was delivered 30 minutes past the promised time. The restaurant called me, asking "do you want food? I'll have to cook it for you." (I don't even know what that means!) I called Delivery.com (6) times from the day I received the bad food to a week later. I was told over and over; you got what you ordered, so we can't refund you. I asked for a supervisor, but no one ever called back. So I got stuck paying for a meal that was spoiled, made me sick and Delivery.com didn't do anything.
What an absolute piece of #$% this company is. They steal your money and don't have the balls to answer for it. This company is a prime example of what is wrong with the American business scheme. Steal your money and don't answer a complaint. This alone is proof that they don't care about you, only your wallet and what they can extract from you. @#$! you delivery.com. @#$! you.
If I can I didn’t give even one star. Absolutely terrible service, 5 hours waiting time and the driver didn’t find our address. No one call and they refused to return money. Delete them from all my devices. Never ever again.
Absolute junk service. Took the oreder and instantly took the money. Waited until 10 mins before food was to be delivered, then canceled the order due to no available drivers and told me to wait 3-5 business days for a refund. Absolute scam / fraud / junk service.

I would give a zero if I could- terrible customer service on chat, delivery driver kept passing the restaurant going elsewhere then dropped us, customer service reassigned another driver and 2 hours after the order, our food delivered and NOT ONE item was correct. And now hoops to jump thru for refund- they need to go out of business!! This has happened every time we use them, One problem or another- we never have this happen with DoorDash, Grubhub, or Uber Eats. Disappointed in myself that I gave another chance. Never again!!!!
Delivery driver never rang doorbell. Never got an email that said delivered. Food stayed on porch all night. Emailed them and they told me they would contact local office. Never heard back. I even gave the driver a big tip. Never again.
Worst experience. I want to give ZERO rating. I booked one shipment, pickup person called (ph- 6361046231) and asked for OTP. He cancelled the pickup and blocked my number. DON'T EVER GO WITH THIS BUSINESS. PATHETIC.
