Customer service has gone down hill

I've loved this site for years because of their great discounts, even if they don't have as many restaurants on offer as GrubHub/Seamless. Lately, however, there have been more problems with getting deliveries for various reasons, some related to the site and some to the vendors, but in every case their customer service has been terrible.

Lie about the service fee.

Advertised “No service fee” on Google and yet charged me a service charge after purchase. I called immediately and they essentially said - too bad. We have a service charge. Isn’t there a law for this? I have pics.

The delivery estimate was for 20-30…

The delivery estimate was for 20-30 minutes and the order took 2 hours to arrive. Delivery.com offered nothing in compensation and no excuse. Terrible company.

Do not use.

The driver took my order to the wrong house. I called and the person I spoke to was rude . The house they claim it was delivered to no one was home. They claim they left it and had me walk over there, and the order was not there. They refused to refund my money . Would never use this company again. Can't trust them . No telling what they do to your food.

I am waiting on an delivery from fedex my delivered was spouse to be here at 9:45 -1300 and it is not here now it say it will not be here until 20:00 I give them a 1 bad service I had to stay here all day waiting for a delivery hopefully I will get it today

Option for zero stars??

I wish their was an option for zero stars. I ordered for 30 people on the Thursday prior to an 11AM Monday delivery all to find out that the order was cancelled at 10:27 due to the business "closing early for the day". I called the business and they told me that they simply do not do business with delivery.com. I can understand why... no one should.

SERVICE IS TRASH!

Signed up for delivery.com, ordered food and got NOTHING. They charged my card, but i never received my order. The kicker is that I WAS NOT NOTIFIED by anyone that my food was not coming, even though i received a message saying my food was being prepped and will take 45-50 mins. I waited over an hr and a half. Finally get a rep on chat  (there is no way to speak with an actual person unless you're a provider) im told the place was not answering their phone. I asked why did you not reach out to make me aware that I was not going to receive what I purchased. I was then told they don't reach out or report any problem until the customer reports it first. Due to this I missed out on my lunch break opportunity and went from 8:30am- 7:30 pm not eating anything. They captured my $$ and literally did not deliver.  I was told i would have to wait 4-5 bus days for a refund, i told them no effing way, they need to just dispute/ cancel the transaction since it was just placed an hr and half ago. Why the heck would i need to wait to receive a refund when an order was placed less than 24hrs. On top of that, after all is said and done, I receive an email from Delivery.com saying MY ACCOUNT has been Flagged for fraud! Does that make sense to any of you? because it doesn't make sense to me. Below i've copied and pasted the email that was sent to me. Don't waste your time.

This is the 2nd time the driver didn't have my full address as input into the delivery address in addition to my order being incorrect. Something is wrong with the way the order moved from their site to the restaurant and also to the driver. I will not be using delivery.com again. When I reached out through the chat, the person said to wait while they got in contact with the restaurant and didn't tell me the manager was going to call me and after I got off of the phone, whoever was on the chat did not check to make sure everything was resolved but instead left the chat. I hope I actually see the refund that the manager said he would reverse since there's no documentation now.

CONSUMER BEWARE!!

CONSUMER BEWARE!!! Delivery .com is a scam. Thought I was on the restaurants site. I ordered & picked up & the fee on/line was $10 more than the restaurant bill. FOR WHAT??? I picked it up. All delivery.com did was add prices to the restaurants prices for providing ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE. They just deceived & intercepted the search on web, thinking you are ordering from the restaurant. And even if you look at the icon it states “No service fee” deceptive trade practices going on here. Hope the AG of NY shuts you down!

The worse company to do delivery for

The worse company to do delivery for. They steal your pay if the order is missing utensils if the sandwich is missing tomatoes they dock your pay as if you live inside that sandwich. Customers sometimes lie about how many items the restaurant puts in the bag they dock your pay no matter what it’s the driver’s fault

So ever deliver easy has unprofessional staff which includes Area co-ordinator and someone MAX, Been almost 2 weeks, have sent all the required documents, completed and pass quizzes available on platform, emailed max and called given number. However no one is responding or updating where the application is at? Very disappointed. Useless people.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

I was trying to send food to someone in the hospital. I placed the order an hour before the restaurant closed. The order was taken and I was charged immediately. The first delivery driver canceled and they could not find anyone else to make the delivery before the place closed. Rather than reach out to me, I had to call them to find this out. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told one would call me back within twenty four hours. It has now been over a week. To make matter worse, I later received an email claiming that they didn't complete the order because the restaurant closed early, which is clearly a lie.

DO NOT USE DRIVERLY APP FOR ANYTHING!!!! I paid $17.99 for these people to contact Lyft on my behalf to reinstate my driving privileges with them because of false customer complaints! I had to ask 3 times for them to send me a copy of the letter they sent to Lyft, and after I read it it was a complete embarrassment! They misstated facts that I provided to them in writing, the letter was written in broken English, so unprofessionally written and a complete embarrassment on my behalf! These people DO NOT know what they are doing and even if you told them how to do it right, they still would get it wrong!
