Companies like Amazon and Flipkart are losing customers because of delivery agents who deliver their packages. And yes, your 1.6 out of 5 rating is truly justified. EMBARASSINGLY JUSTIFIED. Here is my 1 star to add to your collection. I HAD CANCELLED MY DELIVERY BECAUSE OF THE DELIVERY AGENT BUT THE AMAZON AGENT WAS REALLY REALLY HELPFUL. THATS THE ONLY REASON I DID NOT CANCEL THE PACKAGE. DELIVERY SERVICES OPERATE BECAUSE OF CUSTOMER AND NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND.
