No text updates. Order took over two hours to receive. Worst delivery service but the only service on island.
This order was placed at 1:59pm and was not delivered until 3:58pm. That's a two hour wait. As time started to progress, I began to get concerned because I hadn't received the text notification that my order was being processed or anything so I called the customer service number. Upon getting customer service agent Matthew on the phone, he advised me that there was a problem with the original driver designated to pick up and deliver our order and that another one was being selected. It was at that point I asked Matthew if I would be delivered the food that had been prepared an hour ago or if the restaurant would make us fresh food. At that point Matthew assured me that if food had sat for an hour or moe the driver would insist the restaurant put together a fresh order. As I stated earlier, it took two hours for the food get here. Upon arrival, it was cold, nasty, and unappealing to the eye. As a matter of fact, it had sat out so long that the fat on the meat had completely re- coagulated .I would have walked out of ANY restaurant I had to wait more then 45mins to be served. I would NEVER pay for the meal I was delivered. It was a slap in the face and downright insulting that Mason Dixon and Delivery.com thought my husband and I were such low life's that we would accept that food and eat it, even if it had been free. I'd like a full refund.
I really wish I had been contacted sooner about my order being ignored and not accepted by the restaraunt I think that shouldnt happen again but it was resolved really quickly Labeeqah was so helpful

My $5 discount promotion did not work on my online order checkout. I had received the promotion email after midnight on Saturday night and it was stated to be available for 7 days. Deliver.com Customer support man agreed it should apply and told me he will refund my $16.33 order and charge $11.33. I am expecting to see the refund on my credit card on Monday.

Used to be a good service but now it's horrendous. Account will get auto blocked due to "fraud detection", you'll get it unblocked a few times because they realize they are wrong but it's incredibly annoying cos it takes them days to do it so you don't get to make the order when you wanted it. Eventually, they just say they are gonna keep your account locked and they'll keep all the thousands of points you have built up over years i.e. basically steal.
Anyone can write a CrowdTrust review. People who write reviews have ownership to edit or delete them at any time, and they'll be displayed as long as an account is active.
