My delivery today from Murray’s was so…

My delivery today from Murray’s was so perfect. Came sooner than expected & was piping hot!! If I could rate this driver I would give them 5 stars. It was 1 of the best experiences I’ve had for delivery in a very long time!! Definitely should have tipped driver more for their outstanding delivery.

Absolutely terrible app and service

Absolutely terrible app and service. Do not use this app for ordering food. They will mislead you and take your money and won't help you. And they will push you to pay more so you can get your food. They basically steal your money and tell you to go figure it out yourself because they can't provide the service they owe to them customers.

Money actively stolen by Delivery.com. DO NOT USE!!

Would give 0 stars if could. I am actively on an on going email chain with constantly changing people from this company. I ordered food in the beginning of November 3 days in advance to be picked up on a Friday night using delivery.com's service to only find out that not only did the restaurant NEVER receive the order but my card was charged the full amount for the food from delievery.com! Delievery.com refuses to give me my money back, saying there's "nothing they can do" and pointing their fingers at the restaurant. To add insult to injury they gave me a 10 dollar credit for delivery.com, which is just a HUGE slap in my face. Like i would ever use delivery.com services again after having this horrible experience. I want my money back and I will continue fighting with them until I get it. This is unbelievable.

Unable to cancel order made by mistake...

I pulled up a previous order just to see what I had ordered before. Just by accessing it another identical order was created automatically. After realizing what had happened I tried to cancel the order, but there is no way to do it on their website. I immediately contacted their support and was advised there is no way to cancel an order after being placed. Needless to say I will never use this delivery company again and I would advise against anyone else to stay away. There are reputable companies out there.

JUST HORRIBLE I ordered food when I was sick and spent 30 mins calling them with inappropriate and mean customer service people. DO NOT ORDER THEY WILL MESS UP YOUR DAY LOL just use any other delivery app literally Uber eats or door dash is way better and you won’t have to deal w the headache

Old Tech Masquerading as Cutting Edge

Today delivery.com had issues with two of my orders. I could readily have gone out and acquired everything myself with less aggravation and annoyance. When a vendor's actual inventory doesn't match what they offer online (which happens frequently), you will get a phone call - from the vendor, from delivery.com or both. My second order today was incomplete and the vendor screamed at me that I wasn't sitting by the phone with it on (I was and it was). The only voicemail I received from him miraculously arrived right after his delivery person dropped off the incomplete order at the outside edge of the stated delivery window. All delivery.com would offer, after another wasted 10 minutes of "customer service" chat, was "sorry for the inconvenience." I had to use another service to get the items I wanted and that went off without a hitch (there were some out of stock items but we quickly resolved the issues via text) and the delivery was extremely fast (on a rainy day, no less). I don't see using delivery.com again until I hear that they've upgraded their processes significantly.

Would give zero star if I could. Apparently they dont credit your account or refund it " since the restaurant started making your orders". Worst possible service I've ever received and all their representatives would say is we cant credit it cause it's being made. Lmao never again. Should have done ubereats instead smh 😕. Delivery.com is a total scam!!!

Love this great LOCAL app!!

Love this app!!! Its local and goes to locals that are not on other app services so thats awesome but the last order i did the driver went and got food and got here way sooner than it estimated and my food was still super hot!! So then i got on the app and chatted with customer service to up his tip and they were attentive, fast, and very polite there also! Ive never had a problem with this service/app but the last order was exceptional 👍🤗

Impossible to get a refund.

Spent $84 on food that took 2 hours to arrive. One meal ($22) was completely missing, the 2 other meals were completely wrong. The food that did arrive was cold. I have been trying for 8 days to get a refund and am getting the run-around. I have tried phone, chat, and email daily for all 8 days. No definitive response, only a canned response of "we are escalating the issue." They initially gave me 3000 points, useless since I have zero interest in using the service again. Even if I did plan to continue using the service 3000 points is less than $5. They owe me $84.

Delvery.com knows what it's doing. I had a wee problem with an order. I would NOT have bothered with it, except I had paid $ 145.00 for the food . The restaurants phone was NOT even available to tell them they had forgotten things. Soo reluctantly I called delivery.com , as I don't like to bother people , & BINGO David answered, & in 15 minutes, & that was wth a call back TO ME, at home from David , EVERYTHING WAS CORRECTED, with more than expected. They have great service, great people on the phone, unexpected courtesy, fast pickup on their phone lines, with NO waiting or " press 19 for Ugar language, press 21 , for are you drunk & need more time , 44 for are in jail & wish for delivery? Well, they really listen. Many times every month their sales pop up, & when you order your $$$$ back on orders add up fast on their " point system " . If you don't or haven't tried delivery.com TRY it. The others are too difficult to manage . Delivery.com is simple to use, add more new restaurants daily, & save you the most $$$$$$$$$$$$$ . Otherwise learn to cook & bake at home from the " food channel". Cheers to all you foodies . from Nata$ha V.

I use delivery.com to order some food. I put a new address in and gave them instructions on how to get to my building. They sent my food to a old address after I just put the information in online. They could not replace my food or give me a refund for my food and it was a $45 order.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This is the first time I've ever written a Trustpilot review. However, this service is so abominable that I had to. I contacted customer service after I received an order that was marked gluten-free, but it clearly contained gluten. They called the restaurant, and the restaurant said it was right. End of story. They won't credit my account.

I hope you like to be disappointed.

If you're into being disappointed, Delivery.com is your go-to one stop shop for giving up on life. If you like placing an order for a hot meal, waiting two hours, then receiving a call from Delivery.com's customer service rep explaining that the driver just arrived to the restaurant and it'll be another hour and a half until your food is ready, and asking if you'd like to wait, then this is your company. This has happened repeatedly. I guess I'm the dummy for trying to give them another chance. It goes without saying that this company is absolute garbage. I can't wait until Delivery.com goes out of business. When that day comes, I'll be f***ing celebrating. I may even purchase myself one of those bumperstickers with Calvin (from Calvin and Hobbes) pissing all over a Delivery.com logo. Do yourself a favor and walk to the restaurant you're wanting food from with no shoes, over broken glass and syringes. You'll get your food faster and with less disappointments about the decisions you've made in your life. Not today Satan.

Never got food

Tried them 3 times. Never actually got the food because I gave up after 2 hours EACH TIME. I live in a major city. I could have walked to the restaurant faster. Don’t be me, read every time you order delivery and make sure it is ANY other service but Delivery.com
