Shocking service

Shocking service. After waiting 100 mins for a delivery I contacted customer services to say I wanted to cancel my order and get a refund. They said they were unable to do that because the restaurant was making my order already. Ten mins later I have a call saying they are cAncelling my order because the restaurant is unable to take my order as they are closing. Blatant lies.

pessimo servizio

il corriere non si è presentato all’indirizzo, ma a 250 mt da casa, dicendo che era in ritardo, insultandomi perché era di corsa e non poteva aspettare, il cibo freddo ed immangiabile ….. pessimo consegnatario è pessimo mcdonald’s a fidarsi di questa gente.

Dont use this service

Dont use this service - SCAM!!!!! Charged my card but order was never picked up or delivered to me. Called Customer Service and was on hold for 10 min!

They are an absolute scam

They are an absolute scam. Never got the food and restaurant claimed that it was on the way and then do not have the order. So they may be operating with the restaurants to deceive. The order was from Square on Square in Philadelphia.

Absolute scam.

Paid for it to arrive at 17:45, around that time I got a message saying the order would be 40 mins late, so I watched to see where the driver was. He drove around town till 18:30ish before I went to go pick it up myself. When I got there the order had been sitting on the counter for over an hour, not the restaurant's fault, under the driver's name. After we sorted out that it was mine, the owner told me that they don't use Delivery.com and that the driver had called in the order himself and hadn't paid yet. So I had to pay for my order again and plus the 50$ that already went to Delivery.com. Luckily the actual order price was 25$ and the owner was very nice. This also means they also charged me double on the delivery site, so I went to check my receipt, I paid 25 extra dollars in "service fees", tax, my 5 dollar tip, plus an extra 7 dollar fixed tip that I didn't know about. When I got home, the driver had just arrived at the restaurant and completed the delivery, keeping his tip. The whole thing was tiresome and insane. 80$ total for a 25$ meal, plus now I have to try to cancel the payment tomorrow morning because the only way to ask for one is by calling a super unhelpful number or using the chat service, which doesn't help either.

They are scammers. They got my money and didn't deliver my food. And they lied to me about delivering my food. Never order from this company. They are true scammers.

I ordered food and there was a mixup the restaurant and the person who called me back from delivery.com we’re deplorable I’m trying to find out where my food is and the guy harassed me about the tip keep in mind there’s a $5 delivery fee! So i tell him charge $3 to my card he charged me $5 and I’m livid disgusting people and i will never use this service ever again!

This company has yet to deliver an order correct or on time. If you try to call for help you get a call center over seas. They either can't or won't provide any resolution to your issue.

Delivery.com is the WORST of all the delivery options. They are consistently at least a half hour behind the quoted time. I don't blame the drivers, I blame the service.

Absolutely the worst customer service…

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Issues trying to order, the order wasn’t ready when promised, and then my card was charged twice! I contacted them and although I sent my card statement showing a double charge, they insisted that I was only charged once. Thankfully my credit card company was on the ball and helped me dispute the charge. 5 stars for capital one, zero stars for delivery.com.

Never received order

Never received order. Received called from lady at delivery.com stating that her driver's car broke down and I would need to pick up the order. She stated she would refund me the cost. Never did. I called and they stated order was delivered and would not refund. I sent them the copy of the text she sent me and the proof of the call I received.

Zero stars for ZERO benefit!

Zero stars to this service. The delivery process is RIDICULOUSLY complicated, as the delivery person drives to the restaurant, THEN places the order. The restaurant stopped working with delivery.com because of a laundry list of problems with the delivery.com program. To top it all off, I accidentally used the service, thinking I was ordering directly from the restaurant…ugh. What a crummy way to end the week. Buyer beware—NO stars because NO perks here. There is NOTHING better, faster, nor convenient about delivery.com.

Uselessly Slow

I ordered for pickup in 15 minutes. When I arrived at the restaurant, they had not yet received the order from delivery.com. They started the order anyway and just as it was ready they received notice from delivery.co. This is the second time this has happened with two different restaurants. Next time I'll just call the restaurant.

I’m really happy with delivery.com

I’ve been using delivery.com regularly for over a year now, and I find them pretty great. Every week they send codes for deals to my email, and I take advantage of the $10 off every time it’s offered. Other times it’s $5 off. They are prompt and the drivers have all been very pleasant. Yesterday the restaurant I ordered from took a ridiculous amount of time making my cheese quesadilla (a 5-minute food), and I got a text from delivery.com AND a call from the driver to alert me to the issue. I would never have any reason to use another delivery service.

Should’ve seen it coming

Orders are always wrong. These same restaurants ALWAYS follow the order notes through other delivery services, but sometimes those are closed. Delivery is consistently 2+ hours, and their ‘customer support’ does nothing but tell you the information you can find in the order tracking screen. What really gets me is that the service that was acquired in my town that became delivery.com was so great. Great order times, great communication. If your order is wrong they do what they can to make it right. A tale as old as time. A corporate entity comes in and kills competition while lowering quality of service

TERRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE!!

Terrible delivery service. I will never use it again, and I order restaurant food 2 or 3 x a week. I ordered a meal for 3 of us from a favorite restaurant, using delivery.com. I gave them about 3 hours notice. They called me 1/2 hour before expected delivery to tell me that they had NO ONE AVAILABLE TO DELIVER MY ORDER! When I asked if they could please find someone since I am disabled and can't drive over to pick it up, they said they can't do anything except refund the cost of my meal. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, they put me on hold, and put strange music on. The least they could have done was to call me 2 hours earlier, so that I could make other plans. I was not at all satisfied with my experience with them.

Unwillingness to help with incorrect order

I have requested a refund for a misplaced order at a local restaurant. I have called Delivery.com three times. and been hung up on once. I finally got an e-mail that I would be receiving a refund. The refund is half of what it should be. I am still attempting to resolve this issue. Horrible experience.

Please dont use there services as they…

Please dont use there services as they are not delivered your shipment on time and few times they are delayed your shipment for more then 30 days. 4867614133231 is my AWB no. PLEASE DONT EVER USE THERE SERVICES TO PROTECT YOUR SHIPMENT.

Crazy story with this company

Crazy story with this company: They messed up my order, but called me before I even realized the mistake to apologize for the error. That was nice! They sent the proper order and gave me a $20 credit for their mistake. That's the good part. A month later, when I ordered again, the credit was nowhere to be found. When I asked them about the credit, they said they had no record of it and refused to honor it. I guess they think their customers -- and I had been a customer for more than a year -- are lying in wait to scam them for $20. Safe to say, I won't be using them ever again.
