I would give them a 0 if that was an option

I would give them a 0 if that was an option. I waited 30 minutes past the eta of when my order should have been delivered. According to the tracking the eta had been 11-14 minutes for at least 30 minutes but he was driving away from the restaurant so I called the 1-800 number. They called the driver and he hadn’t even started on my order. It would be another hour. WTH??? What does eta mean? If they knew that Tulsa was backed up then they should’ve included that in their delivery time or as a warning. I wasted over 2 hours for nothing. Then I started reading the reviews and saw that this is the norm. Do not use this service unless you just want to wait all day and/or throw your money away.

Cancelled my order without notification

Placed an order for food pickup. Order # ending in 991. Got an email saying “success” and that my order was placed. Showed up at the restaurant and they did not have any record of my order. Called the delivery.com phone number and they told me they cancelled my order automatically. No email or call was given notifying me. Customer service was not helpful. Never using this service again.

The sub from big John Steak wasn’t the way I asked them, too salty, wrong altogether. I will Never order from them again, my stomach is giving me problems. No Flavor. They are suppose to do what the customer wants. I hope that I don’t get sick from it. That was aweful. Never again with that place, they don’t know what the hell they’re doing! Delivery.com are excellent and outstanding, big John’s is a restaurant.

I would put ZERO stars if possible

I would put ZERO stars if possible. If you have the option for same day delivery and this is the company do not choose it. You will not receive your package. It will change drivers 20 times if you look at the status and the the delivery time will keep changing. I ended up having to cancel my order.

its a pathetic delivery service.more than 10 days they havent pick the order.its showing in the tracking..n even after calling they put your call on hold for more fv than 15 mi but no reply n answer .no other option i had do i disconnect the call such a pathetic worst service n delivery..i mail them also but no reply.

Try any other service except this one

The service is terrible, the app doesn’t work, and no one can offer refunds when your food doesn’t show up. So far they’ve lost a lamb entree, desserts arrived hours late, and tonight’s Italian has been in transit for 1.5 hours from just down the road.

Waited Two and a half hours for delivery.com

The worst. Waited 1 hour and called and they told me it wouldn’t be here for another 1.5 hours. Yikes. No comp offered for our food. However they did want to give us a credit for next time! Next time? Oh no, there won’t be a next time. And I hung up. I’m sure our food will be cold, too. Unbelievable. They won’t be in business very long, regardless of the URL score.

This service is awful

This service is awful, ordered in Burlington VT and the food was late and my bag was torn open. They fought giving me a refund, cost me $25.00 to find out this service is the worst. Waiting to see if I get my refund..I will post if I do or not. They refunded my money promptly, and was very sorry for the issues I had!!

Quite honestly, DO NOT Waste you're time and/or money!

Quite honestly, don't waste you're time and/or money! About 3 weeks ago my husband and I placed our 1st order with Delivery.com. The order was placed fine and we received an email stating that ordered had been received and will be on its way with the next 34-45 minutes. So we waited for over an hour and no food? So I reached out to their live chat rep to find out where I food was, she was quite snobby and said our order was on its way and then closed the chat out on me in mid conversation. Then about 10 minutes later, I get an email stating that our order has been cancelled because that the restaurant kitchen is now closed! Okay how in the world is that and why in the hell did it take them over an hour and a half to make me aware of this!! So Delivery.com gave us a $10 credit to use towards our next order, do to the inconvenience. So giving them the benefit of the doubt, last night we decided to place our 2nd order with Delivery.com, in hopes that it would be a much better experience then the first one was. We placed a rather simple order of dinners for two and the app said our food would be delivered with in the next 45-55 minutes. So again, we waited, we waited and waited. I finally called their customer care line to find out where our food was at, since it had been over an 1 hour and 10 minutes since we placed our order. The phone rep said it had left the restaurant and was headed our way, which is like a 10 minute drive from our home. Then another 45 minutes went by and finally our food arrives. So nearly 2 hours later after ordering, our food finally showed up. We received our 2 dinners, one of which was the wrong dinner item. Then the desserts we ordered, were completely missing! So once again, I reached out to their phone customer support, to complain about the incorrect and missing items. The young girl on the other end of the phone was very rude and a matter a fact with me. She never once apologized for our long wait and inaccurate order! She said she would refund the price of our missing desserts back to us and then she said goodbye and hung up the phone! Which you can bet, I will be watching my bank account, to see that these funds get returned back to our acct. This whole ordeal of ordering dinner with Delivery.com, has been a complete nightmare! To pay a company for their service, then they screw the whole order up, late delivery, no apologies and then the rude customer service. I mean really....WTH. Never never again, will be waste our time/money with Delivery.com!

We ordered sandwiches from Firehouse…

We ordered sandwiches from Firehouse Subs. Was told 45 minutes. After almost an hour and a half of watching the delivery change from 4min to 15 min I called the 800+ and got the story that there were multiple orders and he was running late. REALLY like I couldn't figure that out. We finally got our order after 2 hours. The sandwiches were cold and mushy from sitting so long. all I got from the 800+ was a sorry. they made no move to fix it or anything. I will never order from them again. When in doubt, use DOORDASH

Almost 2 hours

Almost 2 hours and no signs of food, false estimates on the phone with customer service and disregarding of half your concerns when calling to inquire or complain. They put you on hold in the middle of your speech and do not really care about customer satisfaction!!! SOMEHOW THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS! What the hell gives. AHHH: the customer. Not anymore. fraud business. Stay away!

I submitted my order 1 month ago but they still haven’t ship my order yet. I contacted them, they keep telling me to wait so I asked them I want to cancel and need money back. They replied that they will charge me 10% to cancel. I am really upset and already contacted Paypal for help

This is the third time I have ordered…

This is the third time I have ordered from delivery.com since they bought out Carryout Courier. What a shame for the customer! I was a faithful Carryout Courier customer but have given up on using delivery.com now. Every single time the delivery is at least one hour more than they say it is. They always say the restaurant is backed up but I do not believe them--I do not think they have the ability to provide timely customer service.

Angry Customer I wish i could leave a -5 star review

I wish i could leave a -5 star review instead of giving you any!! This is the worse customer service i have ever experienced!! So my first order arrives and the damn driver gets out of the car and is swinging my bag of food like a 2 yr old, and all my food is destroyed and in the corner of the container. I request for a remake of my food which after a million damn questions took about 25 mins to even get my order reorder. I requested a new driver because i sure didn't want that man to spit in my food... so then it has now been another hour and 10 mins since and still no food. I placed my original order at 12:45pm. They they refuse to refund my money because my food is on the way!??!??! When, where is my damn food??!?!?! Absolute horrible service all the way around!! I will NEVER order from you again!!!

It's a scam

It's a scam, I made an order since Sept 28, and now it's Oct 17, still havent ship out yet. I had mailed them for 5 times in the mean time, every time they replied 'we will ship ASAP', they are a scam, don't buy it there!!

My order was submitted at 11:39 am EST

It has been over 2 hours since submitting my order. My order was submitted at 11:39 am EST. I did online chat with someone earlier today, around 12:55 pm EST and was told the driver was 4 min from the restaurant. As of 1:50 pm EST I still do not have my food and am no more than 20 min away from the restaurant. The delivery estimate was 45-60 minutes, it has been over 2 hours at this point. There has been zero communication between Delivery.com, the restaurant, or the driver and myself, no one has contacted me saying there is any issue, or that someone is running behind, I have had to reach out to find out what the heck is going on. My order is over one hour late at this point, which is DOUBLE the worst case wait time of 60 minutes. I never had this issue with Mr Delivery, or Uber Eats, or Door Dash. I was offered $5 for the inconvenience, which is honestly a slap in the face. I am starving, not to mention pregnant. I will advise my coworkers and friends to not use Delivery.com in the future
