delivery.com has room for improvement based on customer feedback. Customers particularly appreciate service and reliable, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.

Today was my first time using delivery.com and after reading the reviews I pretty much panicked!! But I have to tell you that my experience was fantastic! The app was easy to use I was able to track the order in real time and best of all delivery was scheduled for 5:30 and it arrived at 5:35. I don’t think you could expect much better. Maybe I got lucky but until I have a real issue this experience with them was definitely worth 5 stars.
My delivery was on time the driver was polite and everything was in it, no negative issues!
I thought the prices looked wierd. Checked the same order through a different service and every item was $2.00 cheaper! Total FRAUD!
When Mr. Delivery was bought out by delivery.com the drivers stayed the same. The drivers are super nice. That said, the app is weird, the site is HORRIBLE, and everything is super slow. There is no way to track the delivery. Yes there are confirmation texts and emails, but, if you keep your phone on do not disturb, and don’t answer unknown numbers, that’s all useless. The fact that they bought Mr. Delivery means they theoretically should have my info from Mr. Delivery, but they don’t. This means any points I had are gone, I had to start all over with the card first process. All said, I miss Mr. Delivery, do not like or recommend delivery.com. They are irritating.
Ordered a gluten free item. I had to put in special instructions because it was not a check off option. Order was 100% gluten. Called and they said maybe they would refund me. Would not resend an item. Said it was my fault even though I explained I HAD to put it in special instructions because gluten free was not an option other wise( burger from 5 guys that offer GF)
Will never order from here! After 3 hours of placing the order no sign of my order. Called them to check on my order and rep was rude and hung up on me! There is no way to track delivery drivers. This company does not deserve to be in this business.
I won't give one star because the order was correct and the delivery man was thoughtful. However, upon printing my receipt from Delivery.com and receiving a receipt from the restaurant, Delivery.com charged significantly more for the food than if I had just ordered directly from the restaurant. I understand delivery fees and taxes but when I order something that is $10.99 on the restaurant receipt and $18.19 on Delivery.com's receipt I have an issue with that. No where on their website is there a message stating that there is a significant upcharge for using their site for delivery. When I contacted Delivery.com Customer Service about this they had nothing to say. Needless to say I won't be using this service again.
DO NOT USE THIS SITE🙅🏾♀️ Very rude and WILL NOT cancel your order despite the message in the email confirmation.

Worst delivery service ever. Don't deliver and then lie to you about crediting your account for food you never received.
After an hour and a half of waiting, I called and find out their third party delivery service never received my order even though I had a confirmation number in my email. When I asked what happened to cause the order from never being received by the delivery drivers, the delivery.com agent said he didn't know why they didn't get the order. If they don't have an answer for why the order was messed up then that leaves me to never order anything that is through delivery.com ever again. Seems things would go a lot smoother if delivery.com had their own delivery drivers instead of using a third party to pick up and deliver the food. Based on all the other reviews, I'd say find something else if the delivery option is through delivery.com.
Mr. Delivery is THE WORST to order from! They promise more options and deliver NONE! Do not waste your time with avenue! I have given them opportunity after opportunity to simply deliver what was ordered to no avail. If it were possible to give less than 1 star, I would!
Sorry so many have had bad a experience. Our "carryoutcourier" company recently "joined" up with this service and nothing has changed besides some extras I am pleased to see. Remembers recent orders to quickly recorder favorites and offers rewards for points earned from orders. Maybe we are just fortunate to have established delivery folks who have continued on with this company but I have zero complaints. They come in the time promised, or sooner, and each and every delivery person has been super friendly which is perhaps my biggest request. When I recently submitted a double order in error they called (and called -until I answered the unfamiliar number which I never do) to question if I intended to do so, so that I could clear up my mistake, saving me money and a double order I didn't need. I will continue to use this company and hope that those who have good experiences take the time to review as we all know those who have negative experiences are far more likely to leave feedback and thus their rating is certainly leaning towards the low numbers as a result, and therefore is misleading at least in my experience Will return for future deliveries. Thanks guys!
THIS WAS THE WORST SERVICE!!!!!! MY FOOD WAS NOT DELIVERED FOR 2 HOURS AND ALL THEY WANTED TO DO WAS GIVE ME A CREDIT ON ANOTHER DELIVERY, I TOLD THEM I DID NOT WANT THAT, ALL THEY WOULD SAY IS WE RE SORRY WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REFUND. DON'T EVER USE THEM!!!!!!!

Sucks! With my very first order, after waiting an hour, I got a call saying my order was canceled. Then, after trying to order something else, I realized the promo code for first orders wasn't activated. After calling customer service, their best advice was to log in and log out. Which of course did nothing. Scrubs.
Has repeatedly canceled my orders without any explanation. Customer service is run by morons who forget they've put you on hold and can't manage to formulate an explanation for the poor user experience to save their lives. Awful company. Stick with Grubhub/Seamless- delivery.com can't even begin to compete
They are a terrible company. Food delivery was late over 45 minutes. I called delivery.com to confirm what was going on. The restaurant was busy hence the delay. They ensured me that the order was still active. 45 minutes later, the food still hasn’t arrived. Delivery.com was supposed to contact the restaurant to confirm that the order is still active. THEY NEVER DID THIS. My order was never in the system 2 hours later. Delivery.com wouldn’t admit fault. Use Grubhub instead! They are much better!
Ordering via Delivery.com will not guarantee correct and complete orders nor will it guarantee that you will be issued any sort of refund for the restaurants mistake. I ordered from a restaurant and my order was incomplete. I spoke will a representative from Delivery.com and requested a refund. The representative then spoke with an employee from the restaurant about my issue and they basically called me a liar and refused a partial refund. I was out of my money and all Delivery.com could do is offer a menial credit on my next order which was forcing me to have to have to spend more money with Delivery.com. Sorry but that is not fair to the customer who paid for something and was owed a refund. Never again will I order from Delivery.com when there is so much competition.
