Quite honestly, DO NOT Waste you're time and/or money!
Quite honestly, don't waste you're time and/or money! About 3 weeks ago my husband and I placed our 1st order with Delivery.com. The order was placed fine and we received an email stating that ordered had been received and will be on its way with the next 34-45 minutes. So we waited for over an hour and no food? So I reached out to their live chat rep to find out where I food was, she was quite snobby and said our order was on its way and then closed the chat out on me in mid conversation. Then about 10 minutes later, I get an email stating that our order has been cancelled because that the restaurant kitchen is now closed! Okay how in the world is that and why in the hell did it take them over an hour and a half to make me aware of this!! So Delivery.com gave us a $10 credit to use towards our next order, do to the inconvenience. So giving them the benefit of the doubt, last night we decided to place our 2nd order with Delivery.com, in hopes that it would be a much better experience then the first one was. We placed a rather simple order of dinners for two and the app said our food would be delivered with in the next 45-55 minutes. So again, we waited, we waited and waited. I finally called their customer care line to find out where our food was at, since it had been over an 1 hour and 10 minutes since we placed our order. The phone rep said it had left the restaurant and was headed our way, which is like a 10 minute drive from our home. Then another 45 minutes went by and finally our food arrives. So nearly 2 hours later after ordering, our food finally showed up. We received our 2 dinners, one of which was the wrong dinner item. Then the desserts we ordered, were completely missing! So once again, I reached out to their phone customer support, to complain about the incorrect and missing items. The young girl on the other end of the phone was very rude and a matter a fact with me. She never once apologized for our long wait and inaccurate order! She said she would refund the price of our missing desserts back to us and then she said goodbye and hung up the phone! Which you can bet, I will be watching my bank account, to see that these funds get returned back to our acct. This whole ordeal of ordering dinner with Delivery.com, has been a complete nightmare! To pay a company for their service, then they screw the whole order up, late delivery, no apologies and then the rude customer service. I mean really....WTH. Never never again, will be waste our time/money with Delivery.com!
