Utter disappointment and no delivery
So I ordered dinner at 7;30 the restaurant I ordered from is less than 10 minutes from my door. My delivery time was set for 8:40. Okay no biggie the restaurant closes at 9 so that still works. I called at 8:50 and was told that the driver was en route with my food. 5 minutes later a text saying that my order was cancelled arrived. Now I will be waiting 5 days for my money to arrive back on my card it's too late to find food out because well, delivery and curbside pickup are the only options during the stay at home order here in Kentucky and most places are not open after 9. I am incredibly disappointed. This is the second time I have ordered from delivery.com neither was satisfactory (last time they spilled a quart of soup and handed me a bag when I called to complain they could not refund the price of the item that was wasted by shoddy delivery practice. I will not be using this service again period.
