Delivery was one hour late
Delivery was one hour late. We also had an issue with choosing delivery time in relation to time zone differences. I wrote to customer service regarding these issues. The response I got from Kercia Wagenaar in Customer Support gave me the impression that she had not read my message at all. Her response was a generic one that could’ve been sent in response to any msg, positive or negative.
