Order was still not started 30min after…

Order was still not started 30min after it was placed.. Still not marked as "confirmed" and the order still did not have a driver. With an already 55-70min delivery time before that delay, I called to cancel. They called me back 25min AFTER I CANCELED the order to say order was made and driver was there to pick it up. They would not credit me. I told them I didn't want the food anymore. They then told me the driver picked it up already and it was being delivered. They refused to let me cancel it or credit me. App says driver waiting for order now and that food is being prepared. I called them back saying food was not ready as they had stated. They then told me food was not ready and driver was waiting. This means they probbay had food made after denying my cancellation on the second phone call.. I called them back to explain this. Still refused to cancel or credit until I kept repeating myself.. she then reviewed recordings of my calls and issued a credit. 95min after order placed, 70min after order cancelled,, sushi still not here. Already missed valuable sleep over this, so going to sleep now 95min later, still with no food. Have had very delayed orders in the past as well. Will not use again.

Diciamo che una stella è pure troppa.... Ho fatto un ordine scrivendo l indirizzo correttamente e nn solo l ordine nn mi è arrivato ma in più nn hanno voluto rimborsarmi... Sono dei ladri ho avuto una vera e propria truffa... Molto più seri e professionali quelli di glovo

Avoid if possible. I have tried to use this site about 5…

I have tried to use this site about 5 times (I’m a slow learner). Only once did they deliver on time. Twice the restaurant closed before they got my order in, even though I ordered 2 hours before closing time. Once it was 3 hours before I got my food. When I called to enquirer where my order was, they said they were short on drivers. They did offer to give me a $10. credit for another order. But I couldn’t find it to use. Another time, when it had been over 2 hours, they just said they were very busy. I think they need to hire more people if they’re going to offer this service. I will do my best to not use this service again. The problem is that if you go through Yelp, you often don’t know what delivery service the restaurant uses until you click “Submit Order”

Worst delivery service ever

Worst delivery service ever! Delayed delivery over an hour. Charged $20 for delivery. Only received 1/2 of order. App won’t let me leave a negative review for restaurant. Seems like a total scam of a business.

No protection from bad restaurants

I ordered food recently. Went to pick it up and found a restaurant full of employees not wearing masks during COVID. I left without my food and called delivery.com to complain and cancel my order. They called restaurant who lied and said they were wearing masks. Delivery told me someone had to pay the restaurant for making the food. They weren’t able to help me get my $ back or resolve this. When I told them I would just handle it w my cc company and asked for my $20 gift card to be refunded they told me if I dispute w my bank I can’t get my gift card back. Finally I got $10 back. Half of it. The customer service rep was very nice but couldn’t do much to help me - she’s following policy. I got nowhere. I’ve had issues w their website not working many times. Then other times their app doesn’t work properly. They don’t have a big selection of restaurants for delivery. They have supposedly lowered rates for restaurants but pass it on to customers as a service fee. Their coupon codes or discounts are not great. Sometimes $1,$3. Weird small amounts.

Do not use.

Ordered delivery at 5:06 PM, did not receive for over 3 hours. No way to contact driver. The website seemed to hire an elderly woman to pick up my food, so maybe that was she issue and she was a slow driver, but the site's interface and conduct are some of the worst ever. Garbage.

Over charged me 30$ compared to the…

Over charged me 30$ compared to the restaurants normal menu prices. I paid an extra 6$ for each food item and didn’t realize it until I happened to look at a picture of the actual restaurant menu and realized how much more I was charged. On some items I paid double what it normally cost. Plus $20 in fees. They sneak charges in without you realizing. I also didn’t get the correct order and it look an hour to deliver and the restaurant is only 1 mile away. They refused to refund me. Saying they can charge whatever prices they want. They stole from me! Very sneaky and dishonest, a complete SCAM!! I will never associate with this company ever again, shame on you guys !!

Awful order was cancelled

Waited an hour and 20 minutes. We got a TEXT message saying our order was canceled, because they changed delivery drivers and the one they passed it off to was to far away. Regardless of the excuse we were never. They claimed the restaurant was supposed to contact us. Please use another service.

The worst possible decision you could…

The worst possible decision you could ever make in your life is use this delivery service. I ordered food and after 1 hr of waiting i called the restaurant who told me the food is still there stting i should call this wack company. When i did they refuse to give me my money back, saying i ordered as a pick up. Who is going to use a 3rd party service to order food for pick up, if i wanted to pick up i would order through the restaurant website, 2nd, their name is literally delivery.Com. so they took my money so quick, now it's this hassel to get my money back. I order some food, didn't get my food, is it not fair to give me my money back? Oh they can't give me my money back because the restaurant already made the food. So i basically bought food for someone to sit and eat. Save yourself the trouble. Use uber eats or delivery dudes. They are a little more pricey but you'll get your food. This is the price of being cheap.

Trust the reviews! Worst delivery service ever!

Trust the reviews! I made the mistake reading the reviews after the fact. Do not use this delivery service unless you want your food to be delivered 3-4 hours later then this is the service for you! Customer Service is a joke. $10 gift card to fix it? nah keep it. I'm never coming back. Restaurants was only 10 minutes away, How do you get so late? get it together.

THEYYYY ARE SO BAD

THEYYYY ARE SO BAD. i gave them so many chances and they mess up everytime. it always takes them 1 to 2 HOURS to bring my food, this is ridiculous. I’m not buying from them anymore. it’s a hit or miss, mostly a miss. don’t support this company

Absolutely ridiculous company!

Absolutely ridiculous company!! I ordered lunch at work and after waiting over 2 hours I checked and it said it was delivered. It was never delivered in my business so I called and found out it was left out in the parking lot for over 40 minutes. Went outside and found it in my parking lot!!! what a joke!

Terrible company!

Terrible company!! Used this service twice, and never received my food. First time they tried to say that the restaurant closed early. The second time I ordered, it was 4 minutes into the order I called, I asked them if everything was going to be okay and they said yes. Hour and a half later, Never got my food. I just canceled the order. Horrible experience, will never order from here again, and I recommend nobody else does either..

This company sucks

Every time I order I either get a pizza that's Been thrown around in the back seat or my order is missing half of the items I paid for. This a terrible service and I believe they are crooks and probably in to some shady business.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered my food at 6:42pm and did not receive until 9:15pm. The food was scheduled to be delivered by 8:19pm but the driver kept picking up other orders and making other deliveries further pushing out our delivery time. I tried to call customer service to cancel but they would not let me and kept trying to give me a credit I did not want. Crappy service all around. I will not be ordering from here again and suggest you don’t either.

Ridiculous!!!

Claimed that food would get here an hour ago. The restaurant was backed up so I understand lateness but it takes 10 minutes to drive from the restaurant to my house so how have I not received it since the driver left the restaurant half an hour ago??? Terrible.
