Order was still not started 30min after it was placed.. Still not marked as "confirmed" and the order still did not have a driver. With an already 55-70min delivery time before that delay, I called to cancel. They called me back 25min AFTER I CANCELED the order to say order was made and driver was there to pick it up. They would not credit me. I told them I didn't want the food anymore. They then told me the driver picked it up already and it was being delivered. They refused to let me cancel it or credit me. App says driver waiting for order now and that food is being prepared. I called them back saying food was not ready as they had stated. They then told me food was not ready and driver was waiting. This means they probbay had food made after denying my cancellation on the second phone call.. I called them back to explain this. Still refused to cancel or credit until I kept repeating myself.. she then reviewed recordings of my calls and issued a credit. 95min after order placed, 70min after order cancelled,, sushi still not here. Already missed valuable sleep over this, so going to sleep now 95min later, still with no food. Have had very delayed orders in the past as well. Will not use again.
