I waited 2 hours 30 minutes for my meal and was sent around in circles by Delivery.com. A whole night wasted and they didn't even offer a coupon. Seamless is WAY better.

Unprofessional - Do not use

Company needs to work on its communication. I was notified via email that my Board meeting lunch order was cancelled (by them) 10 MINUTES prior to scheduled delivery. Nor was I provided the opportunity to arrange alternate pick-up for the meal as it was also cancelled at their level. This is highly unprofessional and completely unacceptable. Needless to say, we will no longer utilize their service or recommend the company to anyone.

Customer Support is Amazing

I spoke with customer support and they did everything in their power to ensure my confidence in the process. I inquired about the location of the driver and they reached out on my behalf and then returned my call notifying me where my delivery was located. Extremely helpful and polite.

Delivered order was missing items

Delivered order was missing items. Customer service was impossible to deal with. They kept saying they will figure it out and call me back. It’s now been 1 week. All I wanted was a refund on non-delivered items.

The absolute worst delivery company out…

The absolute worst delivery company out there. Over 2 hours to get our food, it was cold by the time it got here & if you call to complain you get “bonus points” for your next order. Zero stars should be an option & they will never get my business nor anyone I know again.

Do NOT order from delivery.com. Ordered delivery twice - the first time I ordered it said my food would be there within 1 hour and 40 minutes (which is long to start) then they said it was delayed. By the time we got it, the food was 2 hours late and my fiance got food poisoning because the driver let it sit out for so long. I even called the restaurant to check on it, and they said that it was ready and had been sitting in the window for an hour. The second time the delivery window was much the same. They took my money, proceeded to wait over an hour to place the order with the restaurant, and by the time they did, the restaurant was closed. They tried to blame the restaurant, saying their order volume was too high. When I told them it was closed, they did not know what to say but came up with an excuse. I did get a full refund, but will never use it again.

I got an incorrect order that was…

I got an incorrect order that was missing items and no response from the company to make it right days later. The operator sounded exhausted and scared to take a break. I somehow thought this was a better alternative to other delivery companies, but I was wrong. I won't be giving them my business again.

Be prepared to wait a long time!

Ordered at sandwich at 4:25pm, finally had it delivered at 8:25pm! Delivery guy was pleasant enough, and did apologize for the delay, stating he was the only driver working, but seriously, four hours for a sandwich to be delivered is just ridiculous. First and last time using Delivery.com.

Would give zero stars if possible

Would give zero stars if possible . First time using this app- received a phone call about 45 minutes after order placed . They said they were running behind and i would need to wait 1-2 hours. I agreed. I called back 2.5 hours later . Over 3 hours after my order was placed . They decided that they were closed for the evening. No call to me about being unable to deliver . I will not be using this service again. Poor customer service .

Horrible

Ordered breakfast today, but the roll was burned, the coffee was laying down in the bag, and spilling!! Delivery ppl need to be careful about spilling drinks and the overall handling of food while delivering! It was awful! I believe the restaurant was busy today therefore delivery is just too much for them to focus on, when establishments are too busy to prepare an order for delivery correctly, they should just focus on dining in service; AS I SAID..., MY SANDWICH ROLL WAS BURNED, & THE FACT THAT THEY SAW THIS AND DELIVERED IT IS STRAIGHT UP MESSED UP, I TOLD THEM TO COOK MY EGG SUNNY SIDE UP AND IT WAS VERY WELL DONE!! HORRIBLE! I PAID $$$ FOR THIS TYPE OF SERVICE?!! GREED!!! I REALLY WANTED TO WALK OVER AND THROW IN THEIR FACES, BUT I HAD TO CONTAIN MYSELF.

I have used them several times but this past time will definitely be the last. I placed an order a minute later they called saying that they didn’t have the dish so they refunded the $22 for it so I told them to cancel the order but they said I had to still pay for the $4 corn chips I ordered as a side dish I told them I didn’t want just chips but they said too bad I have to pay for them either way plus the 5 for delivery charge plus the 4 for tip plus the 1 for tax even tho the minimum order is $5 they said I had to pay $14 for a $4 corn chips.

an epic fail

Without a doubt this is an epic fail. Three times I have waited two hours for an order today I followed up and was told the restaurant had closed before they could find a driver - two hours! Their best offer to resolve it was a five dollar credit Never again

My recent experiences with the two…

My recent experience with the two Deliveries are as follows: 1. The AC delivery was 45 minutes late prompting me to inquire via email. No explanation was given as to why this delivery was so late. Expected delivery time was 9:45 am. Actual delivery was 10:30 am. 2. The second was at 2:15pm. A sushi food delivery. This order came on time but the delivery man was expecting payment after I had already paid. He had to refer to his paper work to see if I was correct . Neither of the deliveries included a receipt for me. Procedure differed though my payment source was the same: 1. The AC delivery required a signature on a paper. It was dubious if the paper was the actual order. I sensed he just needed a signature to show that I signed for the delivery. 2. The Sushi required no signature. He handed me the food and fled. Take that as you may. It is my belief that in the instance of a residence such as my own, with over 100 residents, and given the fact that deliveries had to be greeter in the lobby opposed to "individual units" , an ID should be required and a confirmed method of payment. If it were delivered to a private residence, the procedure could be relaxed a bit. In the future, for safety reasons, I want a paper receipt upon delivery, just as if I were purchasing it at a restaurant/ store. I will always include that request under " special instructions" Sincerely Richard Bassett
