I placed an order at Outback. The order was delivered late. Thats ok. The time frame promised seemed overly optimistic anyway. The issue was that the order was not complete. They took my money for the entire order but only delivered part of it. When I contacted Delivery.com, the driver stated "it was in the bag" and that, it seems, to be the end of it. So either one of three things happened: 1. the item was never cooked and placed with the order. The driver never checked the contents and only told their supervisor it was in the bag. 2. The driver took the item and ate it. 3. Delivery.com takes part of an order from many bags and resells them and makes a hefty profit on the side. I know items 2 and 3 are highly unlikely and I only offer them in jest as they are just as preposterous as item1. I will not be using their service until my money is refunded and I recommend that you take inventory BEFORE the driver leaves.
I ordered through deliver.com for pickup. I received a confirmation email and text that my order was placed and would be ready in 25 to 30 minutes. However, after an hour, I still hadn't received a confirmation that the order was ready. I wrote to cancel the order (because I wasn't able to pick it up anymore at that time) and they would not cancel it. I still never received any confirmation from delivery.com that the order was finished. I would recommend any other pickup app because those apps tell you when your order is ready for pickup.
It took me almost 3 hrs to get my order. It was sushi and the tempura order and gyoza was cold as well as it was pork and I ordered vegetarian. Never order from this delivery service! Door dash or post mates are the best and I should have known better

If I could leave no stars I definitely would. Placed my order at 530 pm, had to call at 7 pm because I had never gotten a confirmation email. Finally got my confirmation email, had to call at almost 9 pm because I still had not revieved food. They then proceed to fell me oh sorry your order has been cancelled but only because I called to check what was going on. Terrible service.
Ordered 1809 after repeated calls cancel my order at 2150 had to order pizza. On the phone they were nice but lied to me food was on it's way. Will report theft if they don't refund my money

terrible service, terrible customer support, terrible infastructure. there is zero reason they need a pickup option for a third-party service called "delivery.com." tried to fix my order but FAQ says to contact merchant yet merchant can't do anything since it's ordered through a third party service.
We ordered food through this service when first used this service was great.This makes the fourth time that they took 1-2 hours delivering our food most restaurant we order from are within 15 minutes of my house. At one time had a 10.00 dollar credit of which I used when placed this order . Contacted customer service several times during this time and send me an email saying I would get a 5 00 dollar credit what the craps is that maybe should consider getting. New drivers. Because not only was our food cold he was rude said" I didnt know it was a Subaru to park behind " thatbis listed in our directions when delivering gave husband attitude when he went out to get food. Fool me once shame on me fool me twice and wont be using this service ever again!
Horrible horrible HORRIBLE! I’ve been waiting for 2 hours! I called customer service to get a refund & they told me it was too late. Then they told me they could give me a $10 credit. From this company never again will I order delivery!
I appreciated that the app was easy to navigate, and that my driver contacted me when there was a question about the drop off location — she was great! When there was an issue with one of my items being wrong I was offered points on delivery.com. I’m not sure what that means exactly, but I do appreciate the effort to remedy the situation.
Our delivery driver'Raymond'was prompt on picking up our order and getting it to us in record time. He was extremely friendly and polite. Will definitely use delivery.com again and hopefully Raymond is the driver again. Thanks, Scott, watermark cove.
I wish I could give negative stars. They do not deserve one. This service ‘delivery.com’ has got to be the most unprofessional and worst delivery service that exists. I could not believe that I witnessed through my window that the driver ran up to my door threw the pizza on the ground and ran back to the car as sped off with 3 other people in the car. When I opened the door I saw the reason why.. I was missing 2 out of the three items I had ordered and the pizza I had gotten was wrong. After 13 emails back and forth of them telling me ‘we have given you a refund’ there is nothing. They are lying and giving me the run around. All of these bad reviews I see will continue to happen with a business that operates this way. They will continue to be called out and there business will not last long. The customers are the reason you are still a running business and the fact that they treated me this way is shocking.
We have given this dek8 very service several attempts to get better. The earliest we have ever received our food was 50 minutes. We waited for 3&1/2 hours for pizza for a christmas party and just tonight, we ordered at 550pm and received ed our food at 846pm. They are terrible! They are always late! They continue to be terrible! Once again, do not order from here!!! They are terrible!

Just trust me. My bad experience is way too long to list. Do not order from delivery.com. All I will say is it’s been almost 3 hours and the restaurant just now received my order and they want me to wait another 45 minutes for me to get my order delivered . So four hours from when I placed my order I might be getting my food. Turns out we’re just gonna go pick it up ourselves. Don’t do it!!!
