Scammed me £190. I put the 1st payment through via Klarna on the 2nd July for a PS5 Pro, they took first payment out of my bank. On the 19th July, I haven't heard any updates, so tried to reach out via customer support email (only way to contact) no reply. Sent multiple other emails through their cuatomer support, no response. I then check via Shop app, and the order has been cancelled. But the klarna payments are still going. Reported on klarna, and attempted to reach out again, no response. It is now the 20th of August with no reply, and they've resumed the klarna payments after declining the refund. So all in all paying £600 over 3 months for absolutely NOTHING. Definitely a scam company who doesn't value customers and can't be bothered to reply to emails. I've sent 5 emails, no reply to ANY of them.
Was skeptical ordering from a new name, but I was blown away. PS5 came securely packed, brand new, and on time.

Ordered PS5 on 13th July and a extra game, been on backorder ever since. The date keeps changing now it's showing 08/08/25 which has already passed. I have written 10 emails asking what going on and the last one asking for a refund and not had one reply, silly me paid with a prepaid MasterCard and I can't claim for a refund basically I've lost over £400 so you have been warned. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN, TOTAL SCAMMERS!!!
I ordered a switch 2. Was pre ordered and was promised I would get it by end of June. I emailed the company and they sent an email saying I could cancel, so it was cancelled 9th july. I emailed them many times asking could they plz send my refund or a switch 2. Never heard from them again. Rip off artists real con men.
They had the best price I found on a gaming monitor. Shipped quickly and arrived in perfect working order.
Bought a game a few months ago everything OK so I pre ordered 3 games which never arrived. Emailed twice with no response no refund offered had to get credit card company involved. Scammers be warned avoid at all costs.

All emails have been ignored as to when I would be receiving the late product. There is no phone number to call. I am currently trying to get the money back via my credit card company for this fraudulent activity.

Order #015959 — PS5 Pro Ordered on 9 July 2025 from Delche Gaming. I have never experienced such poor customer service. They took my payment and then stopped responding to my emails. I chased them two or three times for an update, only to later discover that they had cancelled my order without any explanation or even sending me an email. I waited weeks before requesting a refund, and only did so after I saw the order was cancelled. I had to go through Klarna to request it, yet the refund is still not processed. It’s now been over a month since I placed the order, and I still have no refund, no explanation, and no communication from them whatsoever. Absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous experience.
My only issue was with the packaging — it wasn’t damaged, but it could’ve been more secure. Other than that, the service was good and I liked the transparency in updates. Would order again but hope they improve packaging in the future.
Bought my daughter a switch 2 for her birthday over a month ago and never received anything. Requested a refund and still nothing. Nobody is replying to my emails either.
Please do not order from this company. Maham Sandhu responded to my emails sent to delche gaming regarding my Ps5 pro order after waiting nearly 3 weeks for it to arrive. After contact I was sent 2 tracking numbers which sat at the waiting for the seller to send us the parcel stage. When I asked for a refund the communication stopped and PayPal stepped in and granted my refund. Thank you PayPal 🙏🏻 I hope this shop gets shut down asap.
I ordered a Nintendo Switch 2 from Delche Gaming, and when the parcel arrived, I was shocked. The outer packaging was damaged, and the Switch 2 box was already opened. The tape was cut, and it clearly looked like someone had tampered with it before it reached me. This is unacceptable for a product sold as new. I emailed them multiple times. They replied only twice, but their responses didn’t admit any fault. Instead, they just tried to justify the situation, as if it was normal. No real apology, no explanation, no proper solution. This entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. I won’t be buying from Delche Gaming again, and I would strongly advise others to be cautious.
