The worst e-commerce experience I've ever had
Order #015959 — PS5 Pro Ordered on 9 July 2025 from Delche Gaming. I have never experienced such poor customer service. They took my payment and then stopped responding to my emails. I chased them two or three times for an update, only to later discover that they had cancelled my order without any explanation or even sending me an email. I waited weeks before requesting a refund, and only did so after I saw the order was cancelled. I had to go through Klarna to request it, yet the refund is still not processed. It’s now been over a month since I placed the order, and I still have no refund, no explanation, and no communication from them whatsoever. Absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous experience.
