Ordered a PlayStation 5 pro from Delche and after payment they sent a confirmation mail and went quiet. According to the store orders are prepared and sent out in one or two days, delivery in two to four days, and Delche said they were going to inform me when the order has been sent out but have been quiet, tracking the order via the shop app just shows that the order is being prepared and it has been like that for the past 3 days! Emailed Delche and got no reply too. I come here and there are loads of unverified reviews coming in every other hour of how great their services and how quickly they respond but unfortunately that is not the case! I’ll keep updating this review as well as my Reddit depending on how they handle the situation.

It was easy to order so that's great, but I don't understand why you guys can't supply shipping and tracking information? I mean, we deserve to know where our package is going. I bought a PS5 and tried to email you guys about my order information and I haven't gotten reply back? That's very unprofessional. I still haven't received my order and it's been more than 4 days.

Overall had a good experience with ordering from Delche Gaming. I ordered a PS5 30th anniversary addition console from them, it was delayed a few days on the date they original said, but they were very quick responding to me when getting in touch through emails. The only disappoint is I wished they package the box inside a little better as the console box was damaged when opening.

My son pre ordered his switch before they were released on June and was promised for it to be delivered on the 4th June then told it would be then here this week there has been nothing but delays you should not be taking Customers money if you can not fulfil orders and refunding people immediately as it is false advertising.

I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews regarding the messy release of the Nintendo Switch 2 (which to my knowledge was a distribution fault on Nintendo’s behalf) so I figured I’d share my own experiences with the company. I emailed Delche Gaming support several times, firstly due to my own error as I accidentally used an incorrect shipping address, which they corrected within 24 hours with no issues whatsoever. Secondly, due to the Nintendo Switch 2 delays everyone else was experiencing. Their support team replied to me honestly and openly, stated that their was an issue with stock and apologised for the delays giving me a new expected time of arrival, they even offered me a full refund before i had even requested one. Although i ultimately cancelled my order, everyone i spoke with was honest and apologetic for the situation, and replies always came through within 24 hours. I was given a full refund with an apology for situation. Tl;dr, it seems like the company has been given a lot of negative reviews for an issue that wasn’t their fault, but from my personal experience I’d absolutely order from them again as they seem both trustworthy and communicable.

Still a poor service 20/06 and was promised my order would be shipped today I’ve emailed still no response No updates no tracking no mention of it being shipped no nothing It took for me to write a poor review on trust pilot for you to response to my emails which is think it’s absolutely ridiculous So here I am AGAIN writing a review

At first thiught it was great I got a ps5 it says 2-3 business day and im like alright sure it has been more than that I've tried contacting them they reply late and with not much of an answer im still waiting for my answer which I have sent 18 hours ago or more it was for my sons birthday I just wished It came sooner I mean im still waiting not as if has arrived so let's see how long will It take..apart from customer answering and support team issues delivery issues yk I think is great but these r major issues as if u say that you helpline are always open clearly they aren't as im not getting no answer after days or hours literally I got a reply with " May I kindly ask the date you need the item by? I will do my best to facilitate and I will post using a next day service free of charge for you. " I was like yess finally now it will be faster ehm no just got left on with not answer and already onto the next day where I wanted the parcel to be delivered to its been just 18 hours you know
