excellent new company thats growing, very good prices, i recently bought a console from here (ps5 pro) and it was delivered on time with no problems, exactly as described, I was abit worried seeing the recent negative reviews, but they all seem to be about one product(switch2) but the rest of the reviews all look fine for the overall website, so i think maybe there was a supplier/internal issue that we are unaware of, hardly the retailers fault as these things can happen, but so far they not let me down and the cheaper prices means ill be buying my games from here going forward, i just hope they bring in some form of customer points or something, im sure they will, they seem to still be growing which is always nice to see. Hope to see them become as big as Game collection, means better prices for us gamers!

Thank you for the reply, but the message sent today doesn’t give me any info as to order number, delivery estimated date. I’ve paid the full amount without any confirmation

Good prices, but buyers beware. I ordered Elden Ring Nightreign on the 5th June and it's yet to turn up. Waited 4 working days from the day of ordering (as per their website's delivery expectations) with no dispatch confirmation then emailed customer support for an update. Received a relatively prompt reply apologising for the delay and was assured it would be sent out the next day. Almost seems like the order was completely forgotten about. Received a £2 refund which doesn't even cover postage. Exercise caution when buying.

And I got a switch 2 from Smyth's toys and it arrived on 7 June but this site didn't have it. Well I got my money back for which I am grateful. But it was scare!

I have sent a number of messages about the purchase of the Nintendo switch 2 without reply?

Pre ordered the switch 2 on the 8th of may, website promised it’ll be shipped 1-2 days before release. Got an email a few days ago saying I’ll get it at the end of June. Such a joke

We’ve ordered a switch 2 but haven’t had any e mail confirmation or like others have said here they have had details of it being later now/ we’ve heard literally nothing!! UPDATE I have had a reply and been given an order number and a delivery date of next week

I pre ordered a Nintendo Switch 2 a month ago. I checked on the website and it said it would be delivered on the Fifth - the release date. I then got an email on Monday telling me all the stock had be assigned. They claimed "as advertised" this was not the case. I asked them to find a solution and have followed up but still have not heard anything 2 days later. I hope that they are able to find a solution but so far I'm still in the dark. It's my daughter's birthday present so if it doesn't show up I will be in real trouble
