Ordered two Switch 2 Bundles. Delayed delivery and then only sent 1 Switch 2!!! As you can imagine the meltdown and incovenience caused! Had to buy another from Argos! Still not responded to email and have been fogged off with the tracking number to say its delivered clearly showing one small box! Never had a problem with the service before. I guess Switch 2 launch overwhelmed the store. Still waiting on Switch 2 or even an email acknowledging the error!

Surprised in a nice way, and received my PS5 pro safely.
Pre-ordered switch 2, they said I would receive it 2 weeks after launch, which I was OK with. They miss the promised shipping date, and didn't response to querying emails for the rest of that working week, so I cancelled pre order. They eventually said the refund would be with me before 10 working days, and now it's still not. Now I have to go through an investigation with Klarna, which will take up to another 21 days. What a waste of time. From forums it seems other people actually received their item before my promised shipping date, even when they placed the pre-order after mine. They seem disorganised and can't process a cancellation and refund properly.
Apart from a slight delay receiving my Nintendo Switch 2, would happily purchase from them again! They are a small upcoming company, but at least you get human responses, and they do try there best! Thank you Delche gaming.

I placed an order with this company who told me it would be shipped between 27th and 29th of June, I’ve been emailing them since 1st July as the couriers still don’t have my order and I’ve had no response from the company. Shocking customer service
I ordered a switch 2 for my sons birthday over 6 weeks ago was told in a email that it would be delayed until June 27th - 28th We’re now July 2nd still hasn’t arrived tracked it & evri still don’t have the package but email a few days ago told me it was shipped. Not answering my emails now & my son who is autistic & hasn’t slept properly in weeks with excitement now disappointment & anxiety has no idea when it will come. Completely unacceptable!
Currently disappointed by Delche Gaming. Ordered a switch2 (like many here it seems). There was a number available upon order, but i was then told it would be another 4 weeks. Chased on the date promised and was given a date of delivery. Didn't arrive; courier tracking states they are still awaiting the parcel; and now they are not replying to my emails. If it wasn't for a lot of good reviews here, i would think i have been conned. Hopefully i can recover my money.
Ordered a Nintendo Switch 2 a month ago now. The console was on back order until the 28th of June, which I appreciate due to high demand, and has now been dispatched according to email correspondence but the order is yet to arrive with the courier 3 days later and the company has been unable to provide an estimated delivery date. Disappointing service after spending more than £400 with the company and waiting a whole month for details. Should not be able to take funds and hold them hostage without being able to make precise guarantees about delivery dates. Also totally unable to reach anyone over the phone which I feel is dishonest.
Very unimpressed by our experience of buying a Nintendo Switch 2. Were led to believe when we ordered it we’d be getting it on release, but still waiting weeks later. Were emailed and asked if we still wanted it as it was to dispatch latest 28th June, but it’s 1st July today and still nothing, with no further communication. We needed it for a specific deadline (2nd July), but at present have no idea if we’ve even been conned out of £400+! No option to call the company and haven’t heard back from website enquiry.
I am writing to express my disappointment with the handling of my Nintendo Switch preorder. When I placed the order, your website clearly indicated that the product was “in stock”, which suggested that it would be shipped promptly. Unfortunately, as of today, I have still not received the item, and there has been no clear update regarding the expected delivery date. I cannot recommend your store to others, and unless this issue is resolved promptly.
