Scammed me £600
Scammed me £190. I put the 1st payment through via Klarna on the 2nd July for a PS5 Pro, they took first payment out of my bank. On the 19th July, I haven't heard any updates, so tried to reach out via customer support email (only way to contact) no reply. Sent multiple other emails through their cuatomer support, no response. I then check via Shop app, and the order has been cancelled. But the klarna payments are still going. Reported on klarna, and attempted to reach out again, no response. It is now the 20th of August with no reply, and they've resumed the klarna payments after declining the refund. So all in all paying £600 over 3 months for absolutely NOTHING. Definitely a scam company who doesn't value customers and can't be bothered to reply to emails. I've sent 5 emails, no reply to ANY of them.
