Absolutley aweful company! Please do not use this company, I preordered Metal gear solid delta in june and they took payment straightaway, come release date no game was sent, i waited a week and no game was sent and not one single reply to the 10 emails i sent them! Please avoid them as they are a scamming fraudlent company

Lost Soul Aside pre order. No updates, no replies to email and little chance of refund as paid through Klarna. Evil company. Also know a guy who never received a Switch 2 he ordered from here.

Where is my game its state on you site it will be delivered on the release date and according to the order its still not even dispatched yet and i can see you clearly don't care about your customers as there isn't a single reply from Delche on these reviews on trust pilot

Kirby and the missing Pre-Orders (Switch 2 Edition). It’s really sad to have to do this again but Delche gaming offer me no other option. I (stupidly) placed multiple pre-orders with this “company” (bloke in his bedroom) and this is number 3 of 5. With each of the previous 2 pre-orders the same pattern occurs. The release date comes and goes - Delche don’t bother to say anything. I contact them to request an update, as I see other (reputable) retailers shipping their pre-orders the day before (or prior) to the release so their customers get them the day of or the day after etc. and yet no response, no contact, not a whiff of interest whatsoever from Delche. I contact them again a few days later or a week later - nothing. I contact them again another week later (or at some point prior giving them ample time to respond) - nothing. Around 2.5 weeks after the release I get a shipping update from Hermes that something is on its way to me and around 3 weeks after release (maybe a tad longer) the item finally arrives. Still no contact or response from Delche. You may say.. “at least I have the item”. Well yes, but then I did pay for it after all - the main issue with all this is the lack of contact. I don’t mind delays - I don’t mind issues with stock etc. but for someone who pre-ordered this many months ago and would expect I was one of the first to do so - I would just appreciate knowing what is going on and roughly when I can expect the item I paid for. If you can’t ship on time like other distributors then at least have the common courtesy to keep your paying customers informed and when people contact you to request an update or to cancel an order REPLY TO THEM!!! I still recommend that people look elsewhere, getting the item 3 weeks late isn’t the worst thing in the world, I see those in other reviews have had to contact their banks for refunds as they NEVER received anything and I’ve kept a lot of evidence of my attempts to contact them, so I can do the same if needed, but not knowing what’s going on when they have your money up front isn’t the way I like to do business. So right now I’m just waiting, at present no shipping update and no response to my query as to if/when I might expect to see good ol’ Kirby. I’ll update in 3 weeks if I have/haven’t gotten anything, but to all those hardworking peeps out there who care about their money and putting it in the hands of companies who actually treat you like a human being… give this joker a miss.

I ordered a Nintendo switch 2 game console and they canceled my ordered but push through with my payments. Did not deliver my ordered and did not return my money. Fraud and Thief!!

I ordered Red Dead Redemption (Switch) and it arrived quickly via Royal Mail. The tracking number was TQ568422527GB, and the item came securely packaged and in perfect condition. I'm really happy with the service and would definitely order again.

I ordered the Nintendo switch 2 at the beginning of June 2025. It was on back order and according to Delche Gaming, I should have received my order by the end of June. The expected date came and went, so I contacted the company. They said I should now expect my order by the 2nd July. That date came and went, so I again contacted Delche Gaming who now said my order will be with me by the 7th July. I still didn’t receive my order. On the 16th July, I bought the Switch elsewhere and cancelled my order with Delche Gaming. I have emails off them confirming my cancellation, confirming that they didn’t send my order to me and that I will receive my refund within 7-10 working days. It has been over 6 weeks now and I am STILL waiting for my refund. This company replied to every single email I sent them prior to cancelling this order, and now won’t reply to a single email. This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with and I am disgusted they are treating their customers like this - I am not the only one who is going through this with this company according to these reviews. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Pre-ordered MGS DELTA for PS5 back in December, have not received any update on game being shipped, tracking, no response to emails this week regarding tracking. Have failed on there "All Pre-Orders are dispatched before release, and you should receive by launch day (Unless stated otherwise, or is in back-order status)" statement from their preorder faq. Beware. Will not use again. Actioned to refund, not holding breath.

I bought a PS PORTAL LIMITED EDITION, I paid for it with CLEARPAY. I made the purchase on August 19th and to date I have not received anything!….. not even an email telling me where my package is or any information, I wrote many emails and none of them responded!…. damn scammers…. now I am opening a case through clearpay, I hope to get my money back!……. do not buy from this damn store, they are a scam because they do not even have a phone number or address to make a claim

I’ve had bad luck with other online stores, so I was nervous. But Delche turned that around completely. Clear updates, secure packaging, and absolutely no drama. My Nintendo Switch 2 arrived in perfect condition. It’s rare to find such dependable service online these days.

I ordered a Nintendo switch 2 and was given 2 dates for delivery of which nothing appeared and was not contacted about anything regarding a further delivery date. I then cancelled my order and was told I would get a refund within 7-10 working days. That was 7/7/25 and I am still waiting for the refund and could not get a response from them when I followed this up. I am now pursuing this through my bank. I would not use them again and would advise anyone else not to either. Charlatans ,

I'm still waiting for my refund!! I challenged the payments in Klarna, and Delche rejected the claim!! I need my money, this is crippling!!! Scam company!!! Stay away!!

Packaging was superb. My fragile accessories for the Nintendo Switch 2 came completely intact. It’s clear they care about their customers and the quality of their service. Really impressed with the attention to detail!

I was worried about online purchases but Delche Gaming’s straightforward ordering and clear tracking made it easy and safe.

My partner ordered a Switch 2 as a surprise for me for my birthday. They took a deposit and two days after it was due to arrive my partner checked with the website and they had cancelled the order. No contact, no reason and no refund. After multiple emails and attempts at contacting the company, all met with silence, we are now seeking legal action against the company. A complete scam. AVOID.
