I was trying to find a property for my first rental, and moving as far as from the north west to the south coast my experience with Charters, in particular estate agent Lily, made this stress free and easy. I was able to find my perfect first home, highly recommend Charters if you’re looking for a property to rent or buy!!
Was super anxious going into this process, but Holly has been wonderful! She’s attentive and knowledgeable, and has been there for every question I’ve had responding personally and quickly.
We received excellent, attentive and friendly service from the Gosport branch - and good recommendations for possible properties. We were shown around several properties by Maya Jorgensen, who was friendly and kind as well as professional!
It was a pleasure to have Maya helping us with our search for a new home. She was always helpful and engaging, nothing was too much trouble.

I had popped along with my daughter to view a property for her. This viewing was accompanied by Tom who was dedicated to provide me with as much information as my daughter. He was very polite and well versed on the property! Although my daughter found through another agent I would certainly recommend Charters especially Tom!

Gary and Ash were so lovely and helpful! Both Gary and Ash from the Winchester team were determined to help us find our first home and fought for us when we had little hope. Charters have been a great company to deal with. Both Ash and Sarah of the Winchester branch went over and above the norm to help us find suitable accommodation, when we moved to Winchester. They have been excellent in their assistance in managing the rental property. I would highly recommend this Company and their team.

Kerry was very helpful and knowledgeable in assisting us in our search for a suitable property. She was always willing to show us properties at short notice. As a representative of Charters we think she did an outstanding job and it was unfortunate that Charters were not able to find us a suitable property - not for want of trying! We would thoroughly recommend Charters Estate Agents for numerous reasons. Jonathan Pinhorne, Associate Director, would call us each and every week or more with updates, progress, news of viewings or sometimes just for a 'catch up' but mainly to reassure us that they are doing all they can to sell our home. Jonathan is very professional, friendly, informative, has a wealth of experience and he is a pleasure to speak to. We have also had the pleasure of either meeting or speaking to all of the staff and they are a credit to Charters. Charters were our seller's agents, but were fantastic in keeping us and everyone in the chain updated and aligned even though others in the chain were often less than helpful. Jo Goddard in particular was fantastic in progressing our purchase and making sure all the "i"s were dotted and "t"s were crossed right up and down the chain. We wouldn't hesitate to use Charters for our next sale.

On the 9th Charters were instructed to place our property on ‘Rightmove’ we had other agents but we considered Charters was a realistic ‘For Sale Price’ and their commission was fair. We were frequently contacted by Charters to confirm the details. The photographs were taken, EPC., floor plans and description, by the 17th following our acceptance of the particulars the property was listed. ‘For Sale’ road sign installed. Our first viewing is the 26th, fingers crossed for a quick sale.
