Charters were our seller's agents, but were fantastic in keeping us and everyone in the chain updated and aligned even though others in the chain were often less than helpful. Jo Goddard in particular was fantastic in progressing our purchase and making sure all the "i"s were dotted and "t"s were crossed right up and down the chain.
