I was trying to find a property for my first rental, and moving as far as from the north west to the south coast my experience with Charters, in particular estate agent Lily, made this stress free and easy. I was able to find my perfect first home, highly recommend Charters if you’re looking for a property to rent or buy!!
Was super anxious going into this process, but Holly has been wonderful! She’s attentive and knowledgeable, and has been there for every question I’ve had responding personally and quickly.
We received excellent, attentive and friendly service from the Gosport branch - and good recommendations for possible properties. We were shown around several properties by Maya Jorgensen, who was friendly and kind as well as professional!
It was a pleasure to have Maya helping us with our search for a new home. She was always helpful and engaging, nothing was too much trouble.

My experience with this agency has been very good. The service they have provided has been excellent, very professional, and at the same time, they have been very understanding of my needs. I am very glad I chose them to sell my house. It has always been easy to communicate with them, and they have always been willing to help me with anything I needed. The photos they take are also very good. In general, excellent!!!!

Fantastic Estate Agents, they managed to get a buyer and confirm an offer of the amount I was hoping for within 2 days of contacting them. So before my property had even been put on the market.
