I was trying to find a property for my first rental, and moving as far as from the north west to the south coast my experience with Charters, in particular estate agent Lily, made this stress free and easy. I was able to find my perfect first home, highly recommend Charters if you’re looking for a property to rent or buy!!
Was super anxious going into this process, but Holly has been wonderful! She’s attentive and knowledgeable, and has been there for every question I’ve had responding personally and quickly.
We received excellent, attentive and friendly service from the Gosport branch - and good recommendations for possible properties. We were shown around several properties by Maya Jorgensen, who was friendly and kind as well as professional!
It was a pleasure to have Maya helping us with our search for a new home. She was always helpful and engaging, nothing was too much trouble.

Always a great experience with Charters. You do not feel like you have hired people you have to manage to get the results you want. They take initiative and you can just sit back while they do what was agreed. I have used Charters many times for a tenant find service. Knowing Charters will always do a good job is reassuring and refreshing!

Charters have found a buyer for my flat in good time, even though the property market seems rather slow at the moment. Jo Goddard, the Sales Progressor has been very helpful, keeping me informed of the current situation regularly.
