Jonathan Pinhorne, Associate Director, would call us each and every week or more with updates, progress, news of viewings or sometimes just for a 'catch up' but mainly to reassure us that they are doing all they can to sell our home. Jonathan is very professional, friendly, informative, has a wealth of experience and he is a pleasure to speak to. We have also had the pleasure of either meeting or speaking to all of the staff and they are a credit to Charters. Our Estate Agents Sarah, Storme and Tilly made every viewing a pleasure, for not only us but for our viewers also.
