I was trying to find a property for my first rental, and moving as far as from the north west to the south coast my experience with Charters, in particular estate agent Lily, made this stress free and easy. I was able to find my perfect first home, highly recommend Charters if you’re looking for a property to rent or buy!!
Was super anxious going into this process, but Holly has been wonderful! She’s attentive and knowledgeable, and has been there for every question I’ve had responding personally and quickly.
We received excellent, attentive and friendly service from the Gosport branch - and good recommendations for possible properties. We were shown around several properties by Maya Jorgensen, who was friendly and kind as well as professional!
It was a pleasure to have Maya helping us with our search for a new home. She was always helpful and engaging, nothing was too much trouble.

I own a property which was tired and in need of decoration and some minor repairs. There was a very small window of opportunity between the old tenant moving out and the new one moving in. Charters look after this property and with their help and ongoing cooperation and support, we were able to achieve a high standard of redecoration inside the timeline.

Started our journey of moving with Beales who then became Charters. Carly, our first contact was an excellent negotiator and made us feel happy happy about the move that she was sure she could get for us. The whole team at Bitterne were always happy to answer any questions at any time and if they personally could not they got the right person to get back to us. Our journey started at the end of January and completed at the end of June. Thank you to a wonderful team.

I let my property in Alton, Hampshire with Charters. From the very beginning of the process to the very end they have been so professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I am so impressed with everyone I have dealt with over the past two years, Maz, Jacqui, Charlie and Kirstie to name a few. I paid Charters to manage my property which was such a worthwhile decision. It has been completely trouble free. They were also fastidious in respect of finding a suitable tenant for me.
