I was trying to find a property for my first rental, and moving as far as from the north west to the south coast my experience with Charters, in particular estate agent Lily, made this stress free and easy. I was able to find my perfect first home, highly recommend Charters if you’re looking for a property to rent or buy!!
Was super anxious going into this process, but Holly has been wonderful! She’s attentive and knowledgeable, and has been there for every question I’ve had responding personally and quickly.
We received excellent, attentive and friendly service from the Gosport branch - and good recommendations for possible properties. We were shown around several properties by Maya Jorgensen, who was friendly and kind as well as professional!
It was a pleasure to have Maya helping us with our search for a new home. She was always helpful and engaging, nothing was too much trouble.

I chose Charters of Chandlersford for selling the property due to MY previous experience when o purchasing a property. On this sell, staff have been friendly, professional and acted promptly. Everything to date has been carried as stated, right down to a phone call every Wednesday providing us with an update. The sell has been quick and easy to date and would not hesitate on recommending Charters of Chandlersford, lovely friendly professional staff.

We met a Charters Estate Agent by chance. Looking at a property for sale from the road, my wife and I noticed some people talking outside the house.We didn't wish to interrupt, but the Estate Agent beckoned us over as his clients were just leaving.We explained why we were there and after a short conversation the Estate Agent offered us a brief viewing, which was very helpful, saving us making an appointment for another time. On entering the property the Estate Agent asked us to remove our shoes as this had been requested by the vendor. We happily obliged as he was being respectful of the vendors wishes.During the subsequent viewing, the Estate Agents professionalism and detailed knowledge of the property gave us confidence that he was doing his best for his clients. If the situation arises we would be very happy for this Estate Agent to handle the sale of our property. The Estate agents name is Daniel from the Romsey branch.

Great experience house hunting with Jessica Roberts at Charters. As we were travelling some distance to view things were often difficult to arrange but she helped make it easy to view, and ultimately offer, on a Charters property.

Recently we sold a small plot of land which should have been straightforward but for one reason or another it became quite complicated at times. Ben Stream, Land Director at Charters, co-ordinated the sale and he was exceptional. Despite every inconvenience he remained positive and optimistic. His advised us all the way through the sale (as we didn’t have a clue) and our trust in him paid off. As well as really knowing his job he is proactive, professional and has a really appreciated sense of humour and we certainly needed that at times ! We would certainly use him again, he’s very professional, knowledgable and actually communicates! We can’t recommend him highly enough.
