Horrible experience

Horrible experience. The only way to get there from Madrid airport is with a shuttle( badly organized) and once we got there we had to wait hours in the sun in the queue.

una stella perchè meno non si può. sono imbarazzanti, servizio clienti ridicolo. Effettuato prenotazione online pagamento andato a buon fine ma la prenotazione no, quindi mi trovo ad aver pagato ma no ho nessun numero di prenotazione in mano. per fare reclamo devi compilare un form dove il numero di prenotazione è obbligatorio. ho doovuto contestare il pagamento al servizio clienti della mia carta di credito. Evitate questa società come la peste.

Finger weg

Finger weg! Bei Abholung des Autos war viel los und die Mitarbeiter dementsprechend kurz angebunden und unfreundlich. Von anderen Autovermietungen bin ich es gewohnt, gemeinsam mit einem Mitarbeiter das Auto in Empfang zu nehmen. Inkl. Erklärung und evtl. Dokumentation von bereits erfolgten Schäden. Ich bekam lediglich den Schlüssel auf den Tresen geknallt und musste das Auto selbst suchen. Bei der Abgabe dann die Abzocke: Mir wurde ein Schaden abgedichtet, den ich nicht verursacht habe. Und da ich leider keine Beweisfotos gemacht habe, wurden 270€ einbehalten. Das Personal, ebenfalls wieder kurz angebunden und unfreundlich, lies sich auf keine Diskussion ein. Nicht einmal ein Schadensbericht wurde mir ausgestellt. Nun hoffe ich auf Check24 und den Premiumschutz, um die Kosten zurück zu erhalten. Wie bereits in vorherigen Rezensionen geschrieben: Centauro lockt mit günstigen Angeboten und verdient am Ende mit solchen Methoden. Nie wieder Centauro. Einen Stern gibt es lediglich für die Nähe zum Flughafen und den Shuttleservice.

No han devuelto el depósito

Han pasado dos semanas y no ha devuleto el depósito de €1100, cuando nos habian dicho que se vería reflejado en la cuenta al día siguiente. Por otro lado, nos entregaron el coche con el tanque por la mitad, desafortunadamente no nos dimos cuenta de esto al recogerlo, y en el contrato indicaba que estaba lleno. Tuvimos que pagar más del doble de combustible de lo que consumimos. No recomiendo para nada esta empresa, es preferible una que salga más cara pero que sea confiable.

The overall experience has Still Waiting for €1,200 Deposit – Unacceptable Delaybeen ok

I returned the car over two weeks ago, and I’m still waiting for my €1,200 deposit to be refunded. According to Centauro’s own website, the funds should be released immediately once the car is returned. That hasn’t happened. I contacted them, but the issue is still unresolved. No proof of refund has been provided, and no real help in resolving the situation. This level of service is simply not acceptable. If you value your time and peace of mind, think twice before booking with Centauro.

nieuwe boeking ingevolge prijsvermindering

In mei had ik een auto geboekt voor september. Bij nazicht op de site begin juli zag ik dat de prijs veranderd/verminderd was. Ik heb een mailtje gestuurd en ik mocht de auto annuleren, geld werd netjes binnen de 24 uur terug gestort en ik heb nu een wagen gehuurd met een serieuze besparing. voorlopig alleen een positieve ervaring.

Rundum zufrieden – unkompliziert und professionell!

Ich war Ende Juni mit meiner Tochter für 6 Tage auf Ibiza und vorab haben wir einen Mittelklassewagen gebucht und unsere Dokumente per App hochgeladen. Schon bei der Ankunft lief alles reibungslos: Der Shuttle stand direkt bereit, die Unterlagen waren vorbereitet, und nach 10 Minuten konnten wir mit unserem Mietwagen, einem nagelneuen Hyundai, vom Hof rollen. Die Rückgabe war genauso unkompliziert. Um 7:00 Uhr morgens öffnete pünktlich das Tor, ein Mitarbeiter hat das Auto kurz gecheckt, und kaum saßen wir im Shuttle zurück zum Flughafen, kam auch schon die E-Mail, dass die Tankkaution zurückgebucht wurde. Ich kenne Ibiza gut – ich war früher oft hier, habe viele Urlaube in meiner Jugend auf der Insel verbracht. Damals war der Ablauf meist ziemlich zäh und wenig verlässlich. Umso mehr hat mich dieser professionelle Service überrascht. Ich habe übrigens nicht die günstigste Kategorie gewählt und auch den rundum Versicherungsschutz gebucht. Das hier ist eine echte Erfahrung und keine gekaufte Bewertung.

Esperienze positive

Ho noleggiato un'auto più volte con loro: a Palermo, a Bari, ad Atene, a Madeira. Non ho mai avuto alcun problema prenotando direttamente sul loro sito e sottoscrivendo le previste polizze. Le auto erano sempre nuove o comunque in buone condizioni, per quanto riguarda il carburante è sufficiente restituire l'auto con il livello che aveva alla consegna. In sintesi, qualora questa società fosse presente nelle future località di vacanza, non esiterei a risceglierla.

Let op: misleiding en onverwachte kosten bij Centauro via DoYouSpain! We hebben via DoYouSpain twee elektrische auto’s geboekt bij Centauro. Bij aankomst werd ons afgeraden om die elektrische auto’s mee te nemen, omdat er volgens de medewerker vaak problemen mee zouden zijn. Uit “goede wil” werd ons een upgrade aangeraden. Omdat wij dachten dat dit advies in samenwerking met DoYouSpain was, vertrouwden we op hun expertise. Vooraf hadden we duidelijk aangegeven dat we al een verzekering hadden afgesloten. De medewerkster zei dat dat “allemaal via DoYouSpain geregeld was” en dat we ons daar geen zorgen over hoefden te maken. Achteraf blijkt dat we hierdoor dubbel hebben betaald en uiteindelijk maar één auto hebben meegekregen. We worden nu van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd: DoYouSpain verwijst naar Centauro, en andersom. Niemand neemt verantwoordelijkheid. Er is op geen enkel moment duidelijk gecommuniceerd dat onze keuze voor een upgrade zou leiden tot fors hogere kosten zonder terugbetaling. Dit voelt als pure misleiding. Alsof dat nog niet onprofessioneel genoeg was, gaf de medewerkster tijdens de afhandeling ook aan dat het “wat langer duurde” omdat ze heel moe was. Niet bepaald geruststellend als je van haar afhankelijk bent voor correcte informatie. Zeer onprofessioneel en absoluut geen aanrader. Meerdere keren naar Centauro gebeld en gemaild, tot op heden geen reactie meer gekregen… Booking Reference: ER25271875

Centauro a Chania (Creta) gestione pessima

Arriviamo a Chania (Creta) con un volo che atterra puntuale alle 22:45. Attendiamo il pulmino di colore GIALLO nel luogo indicato nelle istruzioni presenti nella prenotazione (avrebbe dovuto passare ogni 10-15 minuti). Le indicazioni arrivate via e-mail dicevano di uscire dall'aeroporto di Chania, girare a destra, andare fino alla fine dell'edificio e raggiungere il parcheggio. Attendiamo l’arrivo del pulmino per oltre 40 minuti, abbiamo anche chiesto informazioni a polizia ad altre compagnie di noleggio e ci siamo divisi in più punti dell’aereoporto per vedere che non si fermassero in altre zone. Inoltre abbiamo chiesto ad altri conducenti dove passasse la navetta di Centauro e mi hanno detto tutti che non è mai entrata nel parcheggio indicato. Abbiamo telefonato al contatto indicato nella prenotazione, ma alle 23 era già chiuso. Alla fine abbiamo deciso di prendere un taxi e raggiungere a nostre spese 20€ l’ufficio di Centauro. Arrivati nella struttura ci hanno detto che avermmo dovuto pagare 40€ aggiuntivi perchè siamo arrivati in ufficio dopo le 23 (se fosse passata la navetta avremmo evitato di spendere anche questa spesa). Ci hanno detto che la navetta (di colore NERO) era passata, ma non conoscendo il nostro viso non ci hanno caricati... Ovviamente non hanno nemmeno provato a telefonarci. Ci hanno consegnato l'auto con il 90% di carburante invece del 100%. I ragazzi dell'ufficio di Centauro, appena conclusa la pratica, hanno chiuso l'ufficio e sono andati via lasciandoci in un parcheggio al buio con l'auto dicendo: potete fare tutte le foto che volete al veicolo, è privo di danni. Alla riconsegna hanno notato che l'auto aveva un graffio in un cerchio che alla riconsegna hanno voluto guardare nelle foto fatte al buio (che era già presente). La navetta al ritorno era presente ed è stata anche puntuale. Esperienza non pessima, ma quasi.

Ho prenotato tramite Booking un'auto a Santorini, pagamento anticipato tramite carta di credito. L'autonoleggio non è in aeroporto, abbiamo telefonato al numero indicato e dopo mezz'ora un signore è venuto a prenderci e ci ha scaricati in ufficio, abbandonandoci da soli fino al suo rientro ( ha portato un altra coppia in aeroporto). Quando torna ci chiede i documenti e inizia a parlarci un assicurazione aggiuntiva divisa in una trattenuta su carte di 1.200 euro + un ulteriore quota di 350 euro per il noleggio dell'auto. Abbiamo dovuto discutere e alla fine ho rinunciato a noleggiare l'auto da loro perchè mi sarebbe costata molto di più...

Ich hatte ein Fahrzeug für eine Woche gemietet. Ich bekam ein sauberes und neues Fahrzeug. Die Wartezeit hat nicht mal 10 Minuten gedauert und die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es hat alles gut geklappt. Ich bedanke mich nochmals

Worst car hire experienced ever

Worst car hire experienced ever I knew the car hire was a short bus ride away when I booked it so just be conscious the bus is at the end of the car park and you may be waiting up to half hour. Then on arrival to the check in desk, there is no first come first serve , you’re told to wait to be called. Even if you were first on the bus, or the only person with young kids who are frustrated and crying. I was second on the bus yet LAST called, so took another 30 minutes , then when I was seen the lady who was very rude and was very slow.. taking another 20 minutes at least. When given the keys there was no information on any known previous damage to the car, I usually would expect a print out with key indicators showing previous damage, but no nothing so it’s a complete guess if they are aware of any marks or not that you have. I would also expect ANY car hire place to have some tolerance and not expect their cars to stay in NEW condition , but Centuro do, not even an ultra tiny scratch is allowed. Lucky for me I took a video before leaving of a walk around the car, as when we returned the women who inspected the car tried blaming a tiny scratch on the front as new damage. I actually laughed out loud when she showed me, it was the size of my finer nail and I said surly you can’t class that as damage, that’s wear and tear. But she was adamant, when I looked back at my video it was there on collection and finally she agreed to wave it. So they were trying to charge me for no reason. They were so meticulous in the condition, I seen them arguing with another customer next to me because he had small mark on his wing mirror, they had to put their noses to the car to even see it! . I have never been to a car hire place so bad in my life and I have rented them all over Europe. Total experience overall shocking. Long story short , find another company within the terminal preferably.
