STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I bought 3 x 270 Capsules Omega 3 Fish Oils from their UK website at a cost of €24. The following day I got an email to say that the product had been shipped. After almost 4 weeks the product hadn't arrived. When I contacted them they said that the product could not be shipped because of logistics problems but that I could order from their Polish website and product would be shipped straight away. When I logged on to the Bulk Polish website to do this the price was 4 times higher than the price I had paid for the exact same product on their UK website. I still haven't got my money back for the original order that was never sent.

ascorbic ester c powder doesn't mix with cold/hot water well at all i called and was told each batch is different b/c some people are saying it mixes well with smoothies mine didn't it was one massive clump of white power try to swallow that will ya there needs to be a standardized formula my thought is that people are lying when they mix with a smoothie one person said the only way it was mixed was in olive oil ( oh my god)

Their website quotes $9.96 for 100 grams of NAC. I ordered 500 grams which is quoted as 19.96. I get my order, and it has the 100 gram size for the price of the 500 gram (19.96). Deceptive advertising, bait-and-switch.

We have ordered from bulksupplements.com for years. The prices are on the high side, but quality is good and shipping is fast. That said, we won't be ordering again. The company has been sending spam messages to my cellphone and spam emails. Spam emails are ok, but waking me up by sending spam text messages? Hell no. I also am concerned as lately the company is massively advertising. We know how costly that is, so prices will keep going up to cover it and really don't appreciate spam cell phone messages.

I bought products and they didn't even arrive! no one answers the mail anymore! no insurance does not return the money! very bad

I had an experience contrasting what some other reviews have said. I Forgot to apple a coupon code, so they refunded the money. The products seem to be high quality, and same with customer service

I have been getting different color powder, different smelling powder and different tasting powder of the same supplement I have purchased from B.S. before. Thinking it might be fake or not what I paid for. Will get it tested this time by a lab but I hope for their sake this is not B.S. literally.

Well you won't believe what they did to me nightmare what a nightmare their ad is so deceptive they make it look like you're getting 2 lb of carrot powder I had to go back after it came in the mail and look at it it is very deceptive it says a percentage of pound grams you think you're buying one pound or two pounds of carrot powder you're not I spent $37 in some odd cents three tiny three Oz packets came in the mail you have got to be kidding me for almost $40 then attempted to return it had to go through all this nonsense with them with emails to get the permission to return it they would not send a return shipping label I had to pay $7.75 out of my own pocket then the aggravation of the post office waited and waited for a refund had tracking number then they send me an email asking me if I have any questions to contact them they send you all these crazy emails back that make no sense page after page something about a claim ticket just a whole bunch of stuff nobody's going to read all that it's one thing to not get what the ad says it's another to try to return something and then get more nonsense finally thank God I went through PayPal I had a call PayPal open a claim go through all that nonsense online and hold forever to open a claim no response back from this company regarding my refund finally PayPal after I provided all the information settled the case in my favor I got my $37 and change back as far as my $7.75 I am out everybody else for organic carrot powder $20 for a pound of it now you got to be kidding 9 oz for almost 40 bucks what in the world buyer beware this is a lesson I should have read the reviews first like I'm doing now and I never would have ordered this

Customer Service ignores my questions about ~150% price increase for pure biotin in one year (from November 2019 to November 2020). I’ve been using megadose of biotin (300 mg/day) for MS making my own capsules. A recent unexpected price increase from ~$120 to ~$270 makes pure biotin from Bulk Supplements unaffordable to me since I am retired and disabled. Very sad.

DO NOT USE THIS "COMPANY"!!! I placed an order for $35, recieved a text saying it shipped the next day. The following day, it said my card was refunded. After it already shipped?? I called my card, it was not refunded. Now I'm out $35. Not a ton of money, but the principal of it has me pissed off...I'd give 0 stars if possible...

Until recently I'd been buying quite a bit from Bulksupplements.I only just became aware of the fact that they get their raw materials from outside sources such as China. Since they are getting these supplements including herbs from outside sources (China) etc., you don't know whether the supplements are clean, free from impurities, pharmaceuticals. Aren't irradiated, or use ethylene oxide or steam sterilization. Do any of Bulksupplements know whether any of their sources use steam sterilization, or cheaper methods just to cut costs. Non of these have an FDA to act as a watchdog there is no regulatory authority whereby these products have to go through rigorous testing to make sure there isn't anything harmful in them.

The order (Erythritol artificial sweetener) arrived in a bag with the product being a solid bloc. Furthermore, the company unduly charged me sales tax at 7% while there is no sales tax in my county on food, including artificial sweeteners. The customer service displayed a total lack of comprehension of the expressed problem and kept giving me (3 times) generic sales tax description.

Very poor customer service, placed a rushed order and paid over 100$ to have it shipped UPS priority. 3 days later they are asking me to send them my credit card info via email. Ive provided my credit card info when I ordered and it was charged. I provided a UPS account # to charge if there are any custom fees. These guys have little understanding of what priority shipping means to a customer. When people pay extra for shipping priority, it generally means they are in a rush. By the way, the methylcellulose you guys have delayed my order of for 3 business days now was intended to be used as a thickening agent for hand sanitizer gel. We are donating this to local not for profits here who are in a massive shortage due to covid19. We will find ourselves a more professional source for this ingredient, but I wanted to point out the impact this delay will have in our community. This delay is the difference in us being able to donate thousands of bottles of hand sanitizer to those in need in our community. You should be rushing our order to us, not holding it up. Very disappointing experience to say the least. I am sad to say I wont be able to recommend this company to anyone.

I placed an order then observed the product ingredients after and cancelled the order on line an hour later but called and verbally canceled just to make sure with a very nice phone rep. Another rep (Ms Thorne) apparently saw my online cancel responded via email about the ingredients then asked if I still wanted to cancel...I responded YES. 2 hrs after thatI received an email stating that the order has already shipped and I'd have to send it back to them for a refund...That was about 15 days ago and I've still not received the product however this morning I received an email canceling my order... How confusing and horrible customer service...

I've poured a ton of money into this company over the years but I'm, unfortunately, cutting ties with them. Their customer service is lackluster. My last order with them was not only delayed in shipping but they forgot to put my address on the shipment. As a result, I'm out a large chunk of change as I wait for the package to almost be delivered to me, then get sent back to the company for a refund. Due to this error on their part it was a solid 2 weeks that my money was "held hostage" by Bulk Supplements. I could have bought my supplements from another supplier. If I had shopped somewhere else I wouldn't have run out of protein and other key elements to my diet (forcing me to either go without protein shakes or find generic alternatives until payday or my refund came back). I know they can afford to lose me as a customer but I wish they would have at least put in SOME effort to make it right. I used to love this company but service is of highest value to me (I work in the service industry). When a company treats me like I don't mean anything to them then I quit giving them my money. I highly advise people to avoid this company. If we let suppliers get away with behavior like this then nothing will change. For my part, I'll start supporting smaller companies: they tend to put their customers above profits unlike Bulk Supplements.

Horrible customer service. I ordered my product and it was shipped to the wrong address twice. The prices are good but I would not recommend this company at all.

I love bulk supplements, been using them for 4 years. I’ve been weight training for 56 years so I’ve used many outlets for supplements. Price and quality are excellent. At 73 you have a normal drop in T levels and tried to get my doc to put me on trt treatment, but my levels weren’t low enough, 8 free , 445 total . A year ago I started taking longjack, horny goat weed , fenugreek, Agmatine Sulfate, l arginine, beet root, nettle root , Ashwagandha, Rhodeola Rosea, and without writing a book many many more aminos , protein, bcaa etc. My T levels 1 year later are 20.5 free and 800 total . My doc is very interested in these results for possible alternative treatment 🤙
