I have yet to receive good customer service, or, a decent ship time. I pay extra for faster shipping and it takes longer than the free option. Go to myprotein or bodybuilding. Skip this if you need supplements within a week.

I had an issue with my priority shipping, the delay was 3 to 5 but it takes about 13 days. when i tried to send them a message ive been answered by a machine that was alleviating to answer me. then i sent many messages in which i havent receive any answer that answer my question. Their is no one to answer anybody they use a robot to answer message. So if you intend to receive a good customer service from them forget it, they will make you wait a lot to finally make you lose your time and money
Bought some creatine and BCAAs here last year. Shipping was timely and my products were as advertised. There may be cheaper websites like MyProtein, but Bulksupplements has a great reputation online for a reason. After my recent purchasing experiences at other websites, I've realized just how great this site is.

Bulk Supplements has pure, high-quality nutritional supplements at the best possible price. Buying pure, specific substances is the only way to make sure a user's individual nutritional needs are met. Proprietary blends don't even display the dose of each component and, as a health scientist, I don't recommend them. With BulkSupplements I can buy exactly what I need and consume it when and in the dose I need.
