Do not buy from them if you are not in the US. I had a shipment with two products held by customs. Both of these products I have previously received with no problem, one from them, another through another company. Normally, a responsible company will not even ship a product to a country unless they prepare the paperwork and know the product will be delivered. E.g. amazon or iherb. If they cannot guarantee the product reaches you, they simply state on their website they cannot ship it to your country. Not bulk supplements. They will charge you the price, shipping fees, even a shipping insurance, then also the international VAT, knowing full well there is a good chance your shipment will never reach you. They might have a disclaimer disavowing any responsibility for anything on their website BUT NOWHERE during the purchase process do they warn you that you might not receive your products. In reality, they should not even give you an option to buy the product that will never reach you. If you complain they will act as if you are a professional importer with a legal team and all this is somehow your responsibility. They will also warn you that even if somehow you are able to get the customs/shipper to ship the items back to them that they will deduct the shipping fee from your refund and keep your original shipping fee. Lol. They know what they are doing. Just a glance on here tells me I am not nowhere near the first person they did this too. They just 'ship' the product to you to rob you off your money.

Identical experience as the review someone else posted three days ago. Once I saw the product was with customs (already 6 weeks since ordering), I contacted BS and Aramex to ask what customs needed. Both said customs would ask if anything was needed and to communicate with the other party. No comms. Product now on its way back to BS. I’ve been told by BS that it can take 6 months to turn up and then they’ll consider a refund minus shipping. I deal with NZ customs nearly every day. They would have asked someone for docs before returning to shipper. Not good enough Bulk Supplements.

Product arrived late and the packaging was completely different from what was shown on the website. It looked crudely done and fake. I ordered organic and the product included maltodextrin. This place is shady.

Items delivered to wrong address (photo evidence provided). Absolutely no customer service! Refuse to follow up with courier company and have told me to figure it out myself and that they aren’t liable since the items were marked as delivered. Get your items elsewhere.

A few months ago I bought a supplement and it never arrived, I didn't even receive the money, so they scammed me....

Website stated no other ingredients, packaging stated silicon dioxide, contacted regarding this, was told no refund and should have gone through the pictures, "I'll let our marketing team know they did miss a spot to update"

I had been ordering product from these guys for a few years with no issues. Unfortunately the last order arrived with the packages opened, powders everywhere and everything taped over. I contacted the bulk supplements and explained the issue but they flat out refused to replace or refund me and told me it was not their problem if customs sometimes intercepts and checks the powders. Appalling customer service. I will never buy from them again.

The worst service and delivery I have ever experienced by any company. My first order took 3 weeks to arrive, it was prepared in a day or two but took over a week before it was even picked up by the courier. I regularly buy from another supplier in the USA and have never had an order take over a week. For my second order I paid nearly $100 for express delivery: some items arrived after a week, some nearly two weeks and I am still waiting for the rest (over 3 weeks) this last delivery was not even shipped express. Their response is that the express service I paid for is not actually an express delivery, it is just "named" express. They simply do not answer questions and basically say "bad luck". I placed this order and had unknowingly doubled up on some items as the order page is not clear on how many items are in your basket. I sent them an email within a minute of placing this order and they simply said they could not change the order - again, bad luck. I could not review my whole order after it was placed as the "your orders" page only shows a few items and not everything you order. The response over email is slow and they are not interested in helping at all.

I never had an issue with the product I purchased, but I specifically asked the company to send me expiration dates of a product I wanted to order. I was sent three potential batches, two with an expiration of 2026 and one with an expiration of 2027. Based on this, I ordered a lot of product. When it came, it had an expiration date of Mar 2025 - less than a year from now, which would mean most of it would expire before it could be used. I complained about the misinformation I got and was told "we said those were potential dates you could receive, not the ones you would receive." I found this very misleading. To return it is expensive and difficult as I am in another country. I will not be ordering from them again based on their less than upfront business practices.

Experienced extreme kidney function problems directly related to this product. After I ceased using this product kidney tests returned to almost normal. DO NOT USE!

I‘ve ordered 3000mg Glycine capsules. The containers label is wrinkled and the print looks blurry, likes the printer is about to run out of ink. Opened the container to look at the capsules, the strong acidic odor is what really made me write this review. I‘ve had Glycine from reputable companies before. It does not smell like anything. There‘s no way I‘m going to take this stuff. Who knows what‘s in it?? Just dangerous and disgusting how they take advantage. No returns because it is a food item.

They tried to deliver my product. Now I have no idea who to contact, where. No courier info left. No address, no contact details. Same goes for the company. No one getting back to me at all. Paid $88 for a product that I have no way of contacting anyone to go get it or have it delivered again

Almost 2 months waiting and the company said it is not responsible once the product leaves the place. I invested 200 dolars and I haven get the vitamins yet. They sent me to talk to andmarkglobal But they don’t know either. Who knows? Who is going to respond for my product or my money?

Check their product for harmful fillers. Their website states pure with no fillers additives which is a lie. Customer service robots. Cost more to return than what the product worth.

I ordered a large amount of supplements. They made a mistake, and sent me one completely incorrect supplement. I requested they send out the one I ordered, and they refused, and instead refunded me. Which might not seem so bad but I'm in another country and the shipping minimum to get free shipping for my country is extremely high. I purposely put together a very large (eye wateringly large really) order in order to meet this minimum. I don't see why I should have to re-order this supplement and pay the shipping fee, when it was not my mistake. In an effort to reach a compromise I asked them to at least provide me with a free shipping code so that I can order the replacement supplement. They told me they 'can't' do that. I mean, let's be honest, they can, they just don't want to. I was planning on becoming a regular customer and spending hundreds of dollars a year (I have some complex health issues), but after their treatment, and now seeing so many bad reviews here, I'm going to avoid them unless I absolutely have no choice.

Please check the Internet warnings for the drug. Got seriously ill twice in a row. I didn't know what it was coming from so I looked up this supplement online because I took it for the first time yesterday and today. So it wasn't a coincidence. I thought I had to go to the hospital, so worse I felt. Also dizzy and a very scary change in consciousness. So don't take these: Huperzine-A powder and Choline L-Bitartrate Powder. They don't place the negative reviews on their website!! This company is really SCAM, never buy anything.

I ordered and paid for capsules and got the cheaper powder instead. BS (what an apt abbreviation) told me that they would not refund unless I sent them back the goods, which would cost me some 25 - 30 percent of the order's total value... they made a mistake, I pay to fix it. They even refused to refund the price difference between what I paid for (capsules) and what they delivered (powder). With this type of customer care, they really should be out of business soon. It is nothing short of fraudulent business practices.
