Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service, placed a rushed order and paid over 100$ to have it shipped UPS priority. 3 days later they are asking me to send them my credit card info via email. Ive provided my credit card info when I ordered and it was charged. I provided a UPS account # to charge if there are any custom fees. These guys have little understanding of what priority shipping means to a customer. When people pay extra for shipping priority, it generally means they are in a rush. By the way, the methylcellulose you guys have delayed my order of for 3 business days now was intended to be used as a thickening agent for hand sanitizer gel. We are donating this to local not for profits here who are in a massive shortage due to covid19. We will find ourselves a more professional source for this ingredient, but I wanted to point out the impact this delay will have in our community. This delay is the difference in us being able to donate thousands of bottles of hand sanitizer to those in need in our community. You should be rushing our order to us, not holding it up. Very disappointing experience to say the least. I am sad to say I wont be able to recommend this company to anyone.
