I was very nervous ordering from B.S. after reading all these negative reviews. But they shipped to the far side of the planet and it only took a week and everything's arrived now. I ordered six different products and I am happy with the state of all of it. Please to give them a shot. I will likely buy from them again and order even more when I need to restock.

Read Labels! I trusted this company until I started reading labels. They do not make sense. It's questionable: what is the amount per serving and mg. After trying to contact the company by phone many times I gave up. Nobody picks up a phone in the company you should supposedly trust with your health. After giving up on calling, I requested a return through their site online. They replied by email that the customer is responsible for mailing and it's going to be a partial refund if the box is opened. Isn't it obvious that the product can be determined to be unusable after being opened? Money grabbing company and unethical in doing business. I do not trust putting their 'stuff' in my body.

7 weeks of waiting and maling them 3 times. After that i got the info that they dont deliver what i order to sweden. And no refund. Scam company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Ordered from Canada and the shipment came sooner than expected and it was accurate. I've had a great experience with their products so far. They're highly rated on Labdoor.

I bought several products. However I just want to warn about the products. The vitamin C I bought smelled like plastic and did not dissolve as all the others I used. It also was not tasting like vitamin C - plain sour and refreshing. No it tasted plastic. I heated the vitamin C up which extended in bubbles of a very plastic stinky mass and thus I tossed ab big bulk bag and all other products I ordered from this company!

OMG I just checked all the reviews and thank God I did not buy. I needed pumpkin powder. 99% of the reviews I read are so bad that everything from service to returns to bad product is all bad. Thanks guys read the first page and am convinced. They keep bugging me how come I have left the cart with 1 product and not ordered it. But now definitely will not buy. Thanks guys

I Brought NAC Capsules from Bulk Supplements.com the 360 size and lots of the capsules are busted open and empty and they look kind of old. I emailed the company and they emailed me back and said someone would get back to me and I haven't heard anything as I write this. From here on out I'll never buy from this company again.

I requested a refund within 15 minutes of making the order because I did not notice the sizing chart. They told me they can modify the order but cannot cancel it because it’s already shipped.

Stole my money! Ordered X2 items $95 Sent me a $73 refund, do not trust these thieves. After putting this review up I was refunded......but......shouldn't have to even do that! I still do not recommend this company. Very shady behaviour.

Sent me a reminder to review my upcoming subscription deleivery. I clicked on the link and skipped the delivery within a few minutes of them sending me the reminder. I still hadn’t even yet opened my last package. Got charged for it anyways. Was told i never skipped which is not true. Then told I’d have to do all the work to fix their mistake. Never again will you get any of my money. Terrible customer service

I have been ordering their protein in the packs of 1 kiligram for a few months. From the package, I thought this was the product of USA. This time I ordered 20 kilograms a time. They sent me a big bag of protein showing "For Food Processing- Country of Origin: China" I requested the return. At first, they declined it. I messaged them, they approved the return but asked me to pay the shipping. The point is that they sell the products of China, but they just repackge it to cheat customers. If they state on the website the food source is from China, customers can make their own choices, but not have no choices just being cheated.

This company ripped me off. They sent me something I didn’t order then refused to make it right. I will never deal with the incompetent people again. Buy online at your own risk.

Their website said products i ordered had NO Fillers, in other ingredients! When the products arrived months later, the label said Dextrose and Maltodextrin in other ingredients. Requested to send the products back but they dont cover shipping cost to return!!! If the website matched the actual product labels i never would have ordered! just another scam!

I have been using Bulk Supplements on and off over the past 15 years and as of recent a solid year. I have subscribed to a couple of sugar lowering/stabilizing supplements for my husband and I to use. He’s a type 2 Diabetic and I’m borderline. His A1C dropped to normal levels and has come off some of his diabetic meds as per his endocrinologist. We mix them with our daily greens (different brand) and never experience clumping. I also order pills for Raynaud Syndrome and heart, brain and joint support. I’ve never experienced any issues that I’ve read in some of the other reviews.

I was a first time buyer from the EU. The 2 bags arrived only wrapped in a thin plastic foil and punctured on arrival. They reimbursed but now don't let me place new orders as if it was my fault or some fraudulent act on my part.

What a horrible experience. I placed an order with this company and after 3 weeks the package still hasn't arrived. They tell me I need to wait more time to receive a refund even though the tracking number hasn't shown any movement for over a week. Do not place an order directly on their website. They'll scam you and keep your money. Always go through amazon

When I ordered the product I ordered extra to receive free shipping. What was only obvious after the fact was that hidden on some other FAQ was that shipping could take up to 7 weeks. They mail the shipment via USPS to another courier company for delivery. A week after my order I saw on their tracking that the shipment had not left yet. Apparently this is the company who receives it via the mail and they had not received it. When I phoned into customer service they told me to wait additional days before following up. 2 weeks later it was still not showing at the courier so I followed up again. They told me that the person who interacts with the courier was on vacation so I just had to wait until they could follow up. I followed up the next week and all they said is that they could reinitiate the shipment and I would have to wait a further up to 7 weeks to receive the product or they could issue me a refund. They would not even consider shipping me the product expeditated to make up for their incompetence. When I asked to escalate to a supervisor I was told the same thing and at the end of the call I heard laughing between the supervisor and their employee before they hung up, total disrespect for the customer.

So far I bought four times from BulkSupplements.com and each time the shipments (with multiple nutritional items) arrived at my home on time according to the schedule the company promised me at the time of purchase. All products were of good visual and sensory quality, of course, I cannot say if the concentrations of the powders are/were of the promised value. This would only be possible if one uses or owns own laboratory. I saw a couple of complaints about the product quality, some of them very concerning (spoiled products, foreign particles inside product). But as I never experienced such issues, I don't know what to make of them. At least I will check in the future for such potential issues. Nevertheless, the shipments were always well packaged, sometimes they did not reconcile my total order and sent multiple shipments, which might mean BulkSupplements uses different warehouses and/or shipments directly from their manufacturer's site. So far I do recommend BulkSupplements.com as a trustworthy supplier that delivers products as promised/advertised.

They miss package, a number of different supplements. And then you can’t find them to tell them so that they don’t wind up killing someone else.
